      We were not satisfied on the product we purchase. We just received this few days ago and ask for a return. But we were instructed to mial it back to them on our expense. This is frustrating that the cost to mail it back is more than the half we paid. They have a horrible. We will never recommend or buy with this company again. Worst customer service.

      Their customer service is THE WORST! they don't care about problems the customers experience! They expect YOU to pay outrageous shipping to return a product under warranty. Also, they ship replacement filters SOLEY in the product box, which is WAY TOO THIN to survive *** handling! PLUS they don't even TAPE the boxes shuit, so anyone can just pull out the filter!! Mine was damaged in shipping of course due to NO proper shipping packaging, & they WON'T REPLACE IT!!! so I lost out on the sale pricing & they told me I can trek to Lowes to get them. THEY screwed up & now I am being penalized!! I will be taking this further.......

      I don't write bad reviews, but this was such a poor experience I am writing one. I had a very bad experience with Winix customer support. I ordered a refurbished air purifier and one set of extra filters. I reached out because my order seemed to be missing all or some of the extra filters. The customer support agent acted like I was an idiot when I said that I was missing some of the extra filters. When they outlined how many filters I should have received with the purchase of the air purifier itself (not including the extra set), I was able to give them a clearer picture of what I was missing (the entire extra filter set, not just some of it). The customer service agent (*****) then stated that I had just told them something different. When I said that the new information ***** gave me informed my understanding of what was missing, ***** sent me a screenshot of what I had originally sent. Throughout the exchange ***** was ****, dismissive, and disbelieving. At this point, I called the customer service line. I did get through, and happened to get ***** on the line (do they only have one customer service agent?). I explained the situation fully, and ***** seemed to understand. However, that's when I learned that my order was sent in two separate packages, despite my only having been given one tracking number. The whole situation left an awful taste in my mouth. I do not look forward to interacting with their team again.

      Awful customer service. Sold me a defective item and straight up refused to help. When asked to speak to the supervisor the receptionist said she was the only supervisor on site. Would not give me her name. Or attempt to help through her supervisor. Who sells you a defective item and refuses to take responsibility? 10/10 do not buy items from Winix. There are better brands with better customer service out there.
