  They are very rude and deceive their customers. The website advertises that they are AAA approved but I was told they do not accept AAA. I filed a complaint with AAA to be sure they can't get any rating from them. The "lady" handling customer service prefers to hang up on people rather than answer questions. Their website acknowledges that they accept all forms of payment but forced us to pay cash to get our car back after being wrongly towed. They towed the car on Friday and never answered repeated calls immediately after the tow that would have allowed us to get the car on Friday. They are closed on the weekend thus forcing people to pay for multiple nights. They run a serious scam there.

  Unprofessional, rude, trashy, and disrespectful are all words that come to mind after dealing with these awful people. The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and uncaring. She was as helpful as a bag of trash. I had a few questions regarding payment since my car was rear ended and I didnt know the process of going through insurance. The lady at the front desk yelled at me and really made me feel like garbage for not knowing. She was quite possibly the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with in my entire life wearing pajamas at work, feet kicked up, playing on her phone, h*** all she needed was a cigarette in one hand to really seal the Im a trash human being card.

  In the middle of a lawsuit with them right now.. I sued em for damaging my car and lying to the police saying my car was like that. The cops caught them lying! They then towed my car after they messed up the arm control causing and accident and are refusing to let me pay to get my car out. Im suing them again for recording me without my consent and being racist. As well as tampering with evidence for lawsuit. Im trying to get them shut down! Im gonna be speaking to the city manager and then going on up from there.. took for the chief of police to let me get my birth certificate and baby medication even though its the law!

  Everything already written is true. They will take you for every dime they can. Hang up on you, tell you to quit calling them, tell you "its not their problem," call you profanities, be extremely rude to you...and more. They make the devil look like God!!!Do no use them for towing or anything else. If they have a good review it is because it is family leaving the review or a paid compliment. They do not care about you, do not try to help things along, do not care about your vehicle. All they care about is charging you way to much and giving you a hard time. The girls in the office are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UGLY, RACIST, AND BITCHES!!

  Very racist and rude! They want me to pay $700 just to get my personal belongings out of My vehicle that they claim is not mines because I havent signed my title yet. I only had the vehicle for a week and was looking to see if I wanted to sell it or maybe even trade it in and that was the reason of me not signing the title right away. I was in a car accident and the vehicle had flipped over with me inside of it and I messed up my whole shoulder bone and arms. the police department decided to call this disgraceful tow truck place who never told me that I had to pay a fee especially not a tremendous amount that they said I owed for tow services which I never wanted anyways it was the police who decided to call them. I couldnt even get my personal belongings out the vehicle without the racist white man pushing the broken door on me while I was between the door trying to struggle to grab my heavy bag. ******* me and told me that he was about to pull off .. the police literally had to grab my things for me because he seen what was going on but never spoke about it .. that whole neighborhood in ****** ** is very discriminative even the lady in charge of the business was very rude over the phone yelling at me and talking to me like I was her child and told me that she was going to take me to court but never moved forward with doing so because that was something that I was willing to go forward with she got upset because the police told me that I had the right to get my title to the vehicle and baby car seats and documents and food which is expired now because its been a whole week. I was able to get expired food but not my children tv. she wasnt trying to hand me over the title no way so she decided to go inside my vehicle without my consent or presence just to grab my title out and saw that my name wasnt signed yet . So now theyre telling me to provide evidence that this vehicle was signed over to me which it was I had purchased the vehicle in another city ..
