      The *** sales team agreed to a scope of work & monthly meetings to review status for 2024. Yet once the contract was signed, the ops team failed in every aspect. Social media posts were almost non-existent & ones that were done were generic & didnt generate traffic. Issues with menu revisions & online presence were ignored causing loss of revenue; status review meetings didnt occur.We were shuffled through several employees who failed to complete the work & were impossible to communicate with. Discussing issues with management was difficult as escalation contact was largely ignored over the term of our contract.After 8 months of issues, the discussion turned to if the contract should be fulfilled since *** was failing in all aspects of the contract. Social media failures Incorrect menu revisions lack of online site management caused a decline in take-out/online business which comprised ~50% of total sales Seo optimization-we became less visible & the bar graph on ****** went straight down in 2024. Upon escalation, *** refused to even discuss it While acknowledging the issues to date, management would not offer credited months to correct the work. We agreed to nullify the contract with 2 items *** agreed to: 1) finish overdue menu revisions & 2) not shut off the website for at least a week to allow us to make adjustments to the previous site to turn on. *** failed on bothfinal menu was sent with errors in wording & pricing & they refused to fix it (we incurred an additional $145 to fix) & they shut down the website within a day of the negotiated arrangement that caused a loss of online sales revenue. Finally, the company did not inform their own accounting department that the contract terminated so they made several calls to try to force ************ advise businesses to stay away from *** as not only will you pay for work that will not be done but this company actually causes the business to lose revenue & online presence.

      Were very disappointed to read this. We typically take the approach that the customer is always right but much of what is written here is simply incorrect as a factual matter. Our records show a total of 93 separate conversations with your business after the services were initially set up, so there was no lack of communication or intensive customer service. Like all service businesses, we rely on our customers to be reasonable partners. You were unhappy with your social media presence, but your ******** account was hacked prior to the time you became a customer of ours, and no ********************** agency can recover a hacked ******** account (including us) so we assisted you in establishing a new account. Great social results simply take time under these conditions. You signed up for our smallest menu program which included four annual updates, and in the 8 months you were a customer we provided seven updates as well as revisions, including some complementary work we did for you even after you requested and we agreed to cancel your services. Our senior Customer Experience Manager worked with you through the steps to repoint your website domain and explained that by cancelling your program, the site we hosted would come down, and that repointing this domain quickly was imperative if you wanted a seamless transition to another domain. She offered to hold off on the cancellation for a week so that you could arrange this, you instead opted to cancel immediately, and we still kept the site up for an additional day to give you some time. In these conversations we plainly stated that communication concerning your overdue balance had already been generated as an automated process because youd stopped paying your bill, and that you could disregard these communications. We wish this had gone better for you and for us, obviously, and wish you the best going forward.

      If we could leave 0 stars we would. Here's the ***** failed to deliver results, made many promises, refuses to cancel billing, absolutely tanking our SEO and online/digital presence. Sub quality work, **** only want to talk through phone, and they add absolutely zero value to the business. Their website building is absolute trash. We went from highly-converting site to a terrible looking site. They are grabbing SCREENSHOTS from our old site and uploading them as their images. Not only is that poor for image quality and SEO, it's just reveals an embarrassingly small amount of actual digital marketing knowledge. They can't really fit any of our needs. We were sold a mountain and received a rock. On top of this, they provide absolutely no reporting on site performance, despite this being a clear expectations for their services. Let's keep talking about the website...zero CTA buttons installed, form integrations for lead generation. For a service based business, this is something we already had and expected to continue, after migrating to their site, our online traffic plummeted to the gutter. Their ad/post quality for socials is really bad. I could keep going on the multiple points of failure here. Already following up with our legal and banking institution to make sure I don't continue to experience this type of fraud or have the same issues as others.

      Everything the previous reviews stated are correct! The people got in contact with me saying another business had referred them to me. I cancelled the service a year in advance and then they stated that I had actually agreed to an additional year. It has been a HUGE hassle to rid my business of them and they still continue to call and make threatening emails. I would look elsewhere for your business needs. DO NOT work with them and do NOT trust them.

      They are a horrible company. They sold us a basic website and search engine listings. It was ok at first but when we wanted to make changes they would either ignore us or make changes that were not what we requested. They would put inaccurate information about our business on the website and then take several days or weeks to remove it. I believe they messed up our website in an attempt to sell us a "better one". We canceled with them and it was a huge hassle. Since we have canceled they send us threatening emails saying they're going to remove us from search engines and take down **********, even though they no longer have access. They called our shop once stating they were our "website people" and requested access to **********. Very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
