      Marfa Cabinets, ***** Start Date: July 29, 2023; Installation Date: April 10, 2024 Money paid business: Paid/Signed Contract Date: 3.5.24 $28,389.25; Paid/Signed Contract Date: 4.12.24 $20,340.85; Total = $48,730.10 Current issues for Marfa to address, in limbo since May 24, 2024:15 issues, 6 resolved, 9 issues unresolved 2 issues re: reimbursement to client 1) Design Trade discount owed to Client/Interior Designer, 2) Reimbursement regarding ************************ cost to solve for custom wall finish fault caused by Marfa *************************** of cabinetry: Design elements communicated by client were omitted by Marfa without discussion with client: undercabinet lighting; push-latch **************** waste cabinet incorrect design; gaping void at bottom of 2 sets of wall cabinets where they meet at corner Design of custom wall finish installed without discussion beforehand with Marfa Engineers responsible for CAD drawings & 3D renderings. Discussion would have revealed limits of custom wall finish; different design option would have been selected Marfa's resolution answer: "cannot be addressed by ***** "there is nothing we can do"Client paid for custom wall finish. Marfa owner, ********* ********, will not acknowledge Marfa's blunder.Interior Designer worked with Marfa installers to find inexpensive solution for error in custom wall finish.       We have a signed/countersigned contract from Marfa Cabinets to pay us a refund in 5 equal weekly installments. Marfa has made zero payments and has, in documented text record, lied that theyve initiated an ACH payment. Total amount owed is ****** and owner, *************************, has shown flat out defiance living into the terms of the contract. Also, Marfa caused damage to our hardwood floors in the course of installation. We have documentable proof that ************************* intended to pursue an insurance claim to remediate the problem. Again, no action from the company. We would like ******************* to be compelled to pay the amount owed contractually and fix our damaged floors. Per other ****** reviews, ******************* acts similarly when faced with refunds and damage remediation. He is an unscrupulous business person that customers deserve to be protected from.

      I put a deposit down to purchase a kitchen from Marfa Cabinets. They could not deliver on the kitchen I requested, and in lieu of returning the deposit I received a credit. All good. I applied the credit to 3 closets of which were delivered after the time people and are incomplete and malfunctioning. I worked with a rep to get it corrected, although months later it is not corrected and ** told the employee no longer works there. In short, it was a terrible experience dealing with this company and I received an inferior product. My previously purchase Ikea closet performed with less issues. Buyer beware.

      Never buy cabinets from this company We started a project with them about 6 months ago, and it's still incomplete. Our needs and wants were clearly communicated, yet Marfa cabinets cannot get it right after multiple tries. They asked for upfront payment, we paid more than 75K for kitchen and bedrooms closet. They made lots of mistakes in installation and design and wrong measurements. Even though it's their fault, you can't do anything because they ask all money in front before they deliver the cabinmates. So now you are stuck with them. they keep asking the customer for more money to fix the mistakes the company made. So please I request everyone not to get stuck on this trap. I am still fighting for my project to be completed. Really bad experience would not recommend.

      we Haul 3 full truck load from ** to AZ on july 28, 2022. for Marfa Cabinets and we invoice them and they are not paying invoice . we try to call them no one answer we emailed them no one response. They just ignoring ** .
