  This company is THE WORST, at the beginner the design process was fast and responsive then when the design was completed and 90% of the payment submitted they dissapeared on me, I asked the designer If I should be contacted when in production and she said "not at all", the webpage states you can track the project, this is NOT true. A week before the delivery date on the contract, I contacted 5 times until someone came back to me saying the kitchen delivery needed to be postponed 3 weeks because they did NOT have the material we picked, so I would not have found out about this if I was not following ***** has been 3 weeks since then, I had then to pick another material with less quality, of course the refund they promise after 21 days is a LIE! because they cover themselves with a clause that says material could have delays, which in this case I am moving with NO kitchen and the level of stress has been INSANE!I am still waiting for my kitchen to arrive this week but at this point our hopes are low and worried we lost more then $11K!!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  Avoid Marfa at all costs! Our experience with their custom kitchen was a disaster. The designer was incredibly difficult to work with, and the cabinets arrived damaged. We had to wait over a month for replacements, which came with missing pieces that we had to salvage from the damaged ones. Despite being custom, some pieces still needed to be cut. Their customer service is abysmal, often taking days or even a week to respond. I deeply regret choosing Marfa, though thankfully, we hired a competent contractor who managed to fix the issues.

  We ordered the under mounted lights for our kitchen cabinets about 2 years ago. After 3 months the lights started not to work. We contacted Marfa and explained the issue we had. The warranty would still cover this repair. It's been 2 years now and nothing has been fixed. We have sent numerous emails and they keep telling us that **************** will be calling us. It's now becoming a joke, their customer service is so bad, there's no rating for this. If it were up to me I would rate them -10 Stars. If you are considering buying anything from Marfa, don't waste your money, turn around and run. They don't stand behind their product or warranty.

  JUNK, JUNK CABINETS. EXPENSIVE/ CHEAP MATERIAL. I HAVE BATHROOM FLOATING CABINETS FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. SOFT CLOSE DOORS STOP WORKING, IT WILL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE. WASTE OF MONEY.
