We used this company to go to a concert with 24 people. Bus showed up late, on way the bus was leaking coolant and the passengers had to fix it themselves. Got to ********* was told mechanics were gonna fix while in concert. Came out to some mechanics who fixed nothing and was yelling at us and fighting. Left us stranded 2 hours away. All 24 of us took Ubers and this company will do nothing about it will keep your money. This company is not good. Owner will threaten you to come find you and fight. They have offered no reimbursement for the trip or for the 24 people who needed to Uber home. DO NOT USEM & M Limousine

But we framed it out to ******, Transportation, And Charters, The owner from the other company is the one that spoke to these clients. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! We hired them for our wedding - they failed to pick up the groomsman AT ALL. They ruined the ceremony, photo schedule and subsequently the cocktail hour. We have been going back and forth with them for 3 weeks with multiple excuses and a complete lack of return communication. I have been told by many employees that the dispute manger (Perfecto) will return my calls but has never. He is always out of the office or on break. We will be disputing all of the charges.Do NOT hire this company.M & M Limousine

Horrible limo company ! I had party bus scheduled for 5 pm. Got a call at 3:30 saying that it would be 30 min late due to someone calling off. Not their fault. A charter bus should up about 5:40, we loaded up. Then the poor driver gets a call stating that dispatch didnt tell him that he wasnt supposed to pick us up. They changed his route and NEVER told the poor driver! so we had to unload everything. One person on phone with company, I was on phone with a new driver. Both had different stories. Dispatch also told this driver that he didnt have to pick us up!! so finally at 6:45 a bus shows up. garbage all over inside. Totally unacceptable. I will never use them again. & I will make sure to tell everyone.M & M Limousine

I booked two 40-passenger buses to transport guests for my wedding day. Only one of the buses showed up. It was not until 15 minutes before the buses were to depart to the wedding venue I received a call from M&M indicating that the 2nd bus was running 90 minutes behind schedule. They told me the bus was on another call and would not be leaving the route. I called M&M twice in the days leading up to my wedding to insure this would not be a problem as I had seen mixed reviews online. And on both occasions they promised me that both vehicles would arrive in time as they would make it a priority because it was for a wedding. Needless to say, several of my family members missed my wedding ceremony because of M&M's inability to deliver on their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone.M & M Limousine

We acknowledge our mistake and took immediate action to rectify it by providing a full refund for the affected reservation, along with a matching credit. We understand the importance of your wedding day and regret that this incident led to the absence of the second bus and caused some of your family members to miss the ceremony.However, we would like to clarify that the issue was limited to one reservation, and the remaining three reservations were executed without any problems. While we empathize with your frustration, we are unable to offer a refund for the unaffected reservations. Trust the negative reviews. Booking a black suv for the *********************** concert online only weeks before, and was stunned the reservation went through, at that price. Too good to be true? Gut check had me reading negative reviews but thought surely it can't be that bad. Still unsettled, I called on two separate days to confirm, including the day before service, where I talked to them twice with follow up questions. "Everything is good, you're confirmed," they said. 4 hours after that last call, they call and leave a voicemail. Very apologetic, but they had to cancel due to mechanical problems with their fleet. I get these things happen. However, it's the exact same thing I read in multiple other reviews. Indeed the deal was too good. Very disappointing how the story changed.M & M Limousine

Cancelled a month old reservation with 23 hours notice on a Saturday night. Offered only a cursory apology and a refund for the ride they were not providing - no other help. Awful service. We had an SUV for 6. Another person I know was canceled on the day before.M & M Limousine

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I booked a 6 passenger SUV back ** March for our June 3rd transportation at 3:30am to the airport for 3 couples. At 6:50pm today June 2nd I was told they were having vehicle issues and that I would hear back with an update in 1 hour. I didn't hear back and called, didn't get ahold of anyone and left a message. Another 30 minutes go by and I call again only to be told we didn't have a driver but that they were working on it and that they would call me back in 30 minutes. They failed to call back so I called a THIRD time. At this point it is 8:30pm we had wanted to be in be by 8pm since we were getting up at 2:30am. They refused to give me a straight answer so I cancelled, called the other 2 couples that were already sleeping and told them that my husband and I would drive everyone down in our 2 vehicles. NOT how we wanted to start our vacation celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. In addition I am so angry, sad, you name it that is it 9:30pm and I don't see sleep happening any time soon. I can only hope for a quick refund at this point. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!M & M Limousine

They cancelled my car service 27 min prior to picking me up and offered no resolution. But the worst part was a saw a missed call. I had to call back twice to get someone to tell me why at 3:18 I had a missed call for 3:45 pick up. It was horrible. Zero help to get an alternative ride. Never use themM & M Limousine

Prefecto, work hours are Monday - Friday.. 9 AM - 5 PM. Not including federal holidays, He will call you today as he has returned to his shift, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our records show he has left you voicemails to call him back, he's even offered you money back and processed a refund on 04/18/2023. Our phone records even show you guys talking........ On Friday May 12th at 3:05pm I received a phone call that the ******** I paid for wouldnt be available so I would have a suv that would arrive between 6:45 and 7pm. Last the ******** would pick them up from downtown and bring them home. So I was told I would receive a 50% discount and my refund would be processed on Monday May 15th. Well 1st the limo was an entire hour late which out my children in jeopardy for prom and not being let in. Second she was as clueless as could be. Third I called for a manage and needless to say the lies have begun and no follow up. Last but just as important the ******** I paid for and was assured that would be there never showed it was another type of suv.This business has shown to be a rip off and I have never been so disappointed in anything but I wont play about paying for a product or service and not getting it.
