May 8th, I called M & M Limousine services to book round-trip car service from my home in northern ** to **************. $194 each leg, to be picked up on Thursday the 11th of May at Noon. All went smoothly until the day of pickup, the driver had not shown up on time (******** time is to be early...) so I called dispatch at 12:02 to ask for the status of the driver. I presumed if the driver was running late, he/she would have called me right away. Dispatch placed me on hold for a bit while they contacted the driver and returned to me a few minutes later. "Your driver is having car trouble and is waiting for a tow", this is what they told me.First of all, i could not understand why the driver had not reached out to me long before this, or that dispatch was not aware of the problem either. I asked dispatch what their solution was as I was depending on them to get me to the airport. The person was surprised I asked for a solution and only when pressed said he would see what they could do. 5 minutes later he returned to say the best they could do was to get a new driver/car to me, but it would be another 45 to 60 minutes before they could be to my house. This "solution" was not going to guarantee me getting to the airport in time, as we were already now 20 minutes behind schedule. I told dispatch to cancel plan B, as is would not work and refund my money. He acted surprised and asked me, "do you really want a refund?", my reply was absolutely, you failed to deliver the service you were contracted for, now putting me in a jam to find my own, immediate solution, which was me driving myself. He finally agreed, but said the refund could take several days to show up.They also sent me a text on Friday looking to confirm the Saturday pickup, which i called to tell them I did not need them as I had to drive myself. They appeared confused with the concept.. checked my credit card on the 17th, still no credits, called again, requested a full refund, bla bla bla.M & M Limousine

In most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 14 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another. He disputed the charge with the bank even before we had a second to refund him. Unless you pay with PIN debt - refunds take time with banks processing. We will not fight the disbute and we will get all his money back.M & M Limousine

The limo driver was inexperienced. He was scheduled to arrive at my house at 3:00pm. He arrived at my house at 3:10pm. That was not so bad, but what upset me was, he sat in front of my house trying to figure out the sound system, until 3:30pm. The play was scheduled to start at 4pm. Then he got lost, so I had to redirect him. He was a terrible driver; we were sliding across the the seats.We now are ******* into the play at 4:00pm. Before going into the play. I told him please, make sure hes there on time to pick us up at 6:30pm. He said, am I suppose to pick you up?. I was totally in disbeliefI explained to him, what I paid for, which was a pickup from my home address, and dropped off at theatre, and picked up at theater, and dropped off at the restaurant; then picked up from the restaurant, and dropped off, back at home. He knew NOTHING !!!!Needless to say, he was suppose to picked us up, from the play at 6:30 pm, but didnt pick us up until 6:50pm. Our reservation at the restaurant was at 7:00pm, but didnt make it there until 7:20pm. The drive to the restaurant was horrible, the driver pressing on the brakes, so hard, causing us to slide, and almost fall out our seat.. We had no music, because he didnt know how to work the sound system. He never got out to open up the door for ***** year-old mother. I found out this was his first day driving alone. Also, the limo they advertised, was not the same limo, I actually got. I thought I was getting a black limo, I actually got a white limo with a BIG dent to the rear of the car. The interior, was falling apart, the arm rest was falling apart..Its clear that my driver, needed more driving experience, and chaperone for a few more weeks. I would NEVER use this company again, for the reasons I listed above.My entire day was ruined, and was embarrassed in front of my guests from out of town, and the birthday girl ??????M & M Limousine

Worst experience with a car service. My family was supposed to be picked up at 2:00AM. The driver did not show. We were forced to drive and park at the airport for the duration of our trip. We were charged $136 up front and incurred an additional expense of $384. After speaking to M&M ****, they only offered me a credit, which is not acceptable. I will never use this service again in the future. I've made 5 attempts to contact them, requested to speak with the owner, who refuses to speak with me. The manager, Perfecto, disconnected our call when I advised him I would be seeking legal action. I struggle to see how this is an accredited company given the numerous complains.M & M Limousine

Please be informed that all communications have been properly documented for reference, and our understanding is that Perfecto ended the conversation after being subjected to repeated threats of legal action, albeit in a courteous manner by bidding farewell. We would like to assure you that a full refund has been processed, and a credit of $244 has been duly applied to your account on file. We do need to emphasize that our policy explicitly excludes any incidental expenses that *** arise outside of our scope of coverage. Worst car service EVER!!! Booked a limo for my daughters birthday and they called 3 hours before party to let me know that limo wasnt working and they were going to send a van instead. A limo was the whole point. No supervisor working on weekends to help or assist me. Had to call twice to get a call back finally from a supervisor for a measley 10% off. Very disappointed with their service. Dont book w this company unless you want to be let down.M & M Limousine

We regret to hear that your experience with our car service did not meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion as your daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, unexpected mechanical issues do arise. We offered you a choice of either canceling for a full refund or accepting the van as an alternative option. You choose the latter. Yes, a supervisor was not available and he calls people back within 48 business hours which you did not allow. He would not be able to resolve a broken-down vehicle. We used this company for a kids birthday party. The radio didnt work which changed our whole experience. The driver seemed to be inexperienced and was speeding. She didnt get out of the vehicle once, and didnt even check to make sure everyone was out before leaving. After some back and forth between a customer ********************** rep, someone else emailed me and offered me a small discount and then stated this case was closed. I asked for that individual to call me and didnt get a response. A really disappointing experience overall.M & M Limousine

The radio was working fine when the vehicle left the base we tested it. We had no other complaints all day. You said on a recored call that the radio had static we can send the call over, now from this review our understanding it it didn't work at all? Regardless we gave you the benefit of the doubt. You did call about the radio and the driver after the service. Then you called back to have your compliant removed about the driver. We are still very sorry about how you felt your experience was, you used full service you had the right to end the service you felt the driver was unsafe or the radio had issues you could of called our dispatch requesting a different driver and vehicle. Regardless, we still offered you a discount, it was $50.00. Since we care about our clients ill double it and send it though on Monday. Thank you.Review fromRick J

M&M is very unprofessional you never can reach a manager, the owner or even someone to resolve your problem Its been 4months and I still havent received my refund they leave you on hold and the person that put you on hold never come back its always someone else then that person does the same thing put you on hold I WOULDNT RECOMMEND M&M TO ANYONE AND I DONT WANT ANY CREDIT FROM THEM JUST MY MONEY THAT I KEEP CALLING FOR SINCE JULYM & M Limousine

I would not recommend this company at all. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not heard from the manager ********. I had requested and paid for a car seat for both my reservations and did not get a car seat for either reservations. And none of this was cheap either. I called the company and emailed them to inform them of this and they said they would file a complaint and the manager would call me that day. That was on 9/25/22. It's now 10/12/22 and I haven't been able to reach him nor has he contacted me. I am beyond annoyed. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.M & M Limousine

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total bait and switch! We paid almost $400 three months ago for a 9 person, stretch limo to ******************* - a graduation present for my daughter and her friends. Despite receiving confirmation of our paid reservation, arriving 15 minutes late was a plain van.No limo (2019 or newer)No Fiber Optic Mood Lighting No Service Bar with Insulated Coolers No Complimentary ice and bottle water No phone call ahead of time notifying us No apology No call from management first thing this Monday (as promised when I called irate from my driveway.No response from the company even though I've called and emailed several times. ****** I apologize we have been short-handed, We had some electrical issues with the 9 pax ***********'s would get a car in any shop to be fixed there is a 12 week plus wait. Regardless I will be refunding you 50% of the total cost of the reservation since we did provide service, but there was a vehicle swap and I understand that can be very upsetting. We are trying to hire more people so we can stay on top of informing anyone about issues.
