    Me and my Husband purchased a car from them back in September. The sales professional was very courteous and friendly. The sales manager **** advised us that they dont sell junk cars. We had the car, made one payment and had electrical issues that were going to cost close to $1000 to repair. When I originally took the car to get checked out after I noticed the power steering going on and it gf the sales rep advised me they would take care of us and we scheduled an appointment. Much to my frustration they told us we had to pay for the inspection. I called ************** and they got me in quickly and saved me over $100. After I found out I was having problems with the car that only continued to get worse (steering wheel was shaking pretty bad) so called the manager **** and Drillon for 3 days. They refused to return my calls. So I left a ****** review. Finally by Friday I was tired of waiting for a call back from the manager so I called ************** and left a message with the owner. Not too much after **** calls me back being highly aggressive. Says we are no longer welcome to set a foot at dfvw and he would call sterling ***** to have them take over the car problem. Well **** never did. ************** ended up helping us tremendously. I will say never buy a car from Dixon **** Volkswagen. The sales managers are extremely unprofessional and refuse to help you if they sell you a garbage car. They sold my parents a garbage car as well. The van they bought from them was completely rusted out where the engine is housed. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    No integrity and no respect for the customers at all!! They do not fill up the gas tanks so prepare to spend money to fill the tank when leaving. They also pushed and pushed me to buy a car I told them I wasn't comfortable or confident that I wanted and continued to push and convince me otherwise. I messaged that same night that the car was not for me and asked for options. I ended up going back in the very next business day and was BLAMED for wasting their time. I asked for my car back, I was required to BUY my car back and they made me buy it for a BRAND NEW CAR PRICE when it was used! They also took it to detailing but NEVER DETAILED IT!!! The manager was very rude and did not even try to help me out at all!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They are money hungry and will not care about you after you give them your money!

    I bought a 2019 ** *****. I was told and they had paperwork on the car showing no accidents, but it was brought to my attention by a friend that my passenger side door was a different color!! Clearly damage was done to the vehicle! They have poor communication. I have never encountered anything like this purchasing a vehicle!I had tried to talk to them about fixing it and they said their was nothing they could do! I truly don't think they were honest with me and hid information from me! Not only that but they said owe me an extra key. They called me when it was in to set up an appointment and once i was there they somehow lost the key wasted hours of my time! I asked them if they could check out another problem and they said they had no time. Their customer service ***** and They say they love have local customers. Well it sure doesn't show!!I will never buy a car from them ever again!
