      They won’t stop texting my dead parents . It is concerning that people that are supposed to take care of your loved ones don’t even know or care when they have passed away .

      Duly billing department is SICK! A f****** mess- pardon my language. But theres no better way to describe them. When authorizing a $30 copay, the site ended up naturally clicking to pay more than that which i was not prepared for at the moment of my echeckin for my appointment. I used my debit card since it was a $30 copay and they charged $115. They refuse to refund my money back despite keeping the balance on my account anyway. Either remove the balance if youre not going to refund me or refund me my money. They tied up $85 more than i was prepared for. They still wont refund my money despite me paying off my balance as I attend my other appointments. They are single handedly going to be the reason i cant continue therapy and working on my mental health directly impacting my anxiety and mental health issues. They are cold, cruel people. At least the office people are. The only positive is the actual health care providers are fantastic and the only reason i am dealing with the atrocious Duly offices. If you arent committed to health care providers with Duly, STAY AWAY!!!!

      It's concerning me that I need insulin for my diabetes.I talk to God to through dreams and He told me l needed insulin a long time ago. He also told me through dreams that there is organ theft going on. I am being fed a bigger lie than ever that I need insulin for not. One doctor agreed I need insulin but the other disagrees. They started lying it's carpel tunnel when I started to do the fasting app it was evident that my hands hurt more or less when sugar was high or low. Now again I already confronted them I have no carpel tunnel as my genes show no association and my dream from God agreed there is no association.Again the different doctor again tells me that I need to deal with yet a different problem. Now it's cervical reduculopty from the neck or it's carpel tunnel but not what my chart says that it's concerning for *********** sugar is so high and DMG doctor's already agreeo that I need insulin. That it's too high and it is concerning for diabetes. But again when and again as I mention that DMG doctor's said I need insulin they repeat it's carpel tunnel again or some nerve again.Again I can't get I skin. My arms the entire arm is in huge pain from the nerves. My grandmother got type 2 diabetes and lost sensations in her nerves because stupid doctors just like me gave her no insulin. These guys play double I need it but not. So something is causing them to play double.

      They continue to tell me my insurance denied a claim for my 3 year old's physical when insurance is just asking for additional information. Physicals are covered annually. I only asked for a wellness physical. Nothing more. They included additional diagnostic codes, when my son is 100% healthy. He didn't get vaccines, blood draws, nothing extra. **** continues over and over to say we owe them the whole cost and isn't working with us or the insurance.

      I have had 3 doctors with **** and have been suffering 10years with undiagnosed POTS. Most of my complaints have been ignored and dismissed. Then i got covid and the level of care i got was pitiful. I was told this isnt tour problem go see someone else and the cardiologist i saw ignored my message and finally got back to me a month later. I switched doctors to northwestern and had a diagnosis after 3 visits that actually makes sense. If you need basic check *** they are fine if you need special care go elsewhere!

      Making an appointment is *******************. I was reminded via a mychart letter to schedule a mammogram. The link provided in the letter did not work. I called the number provided. The first person to answer was swearing as my call connected. He was not able to get the system to work and transferred me to another person. That person told me my dr had to order the mammogram and that i couldnt schedule it until after 1 year from my previous exam. I told her the doctor had ordered the exam and that i was calling to schedule the exam on the appropriate date . She told me to get the order then call back. Confused I logged back onto mychart and was able to schedule my exam. **************** training is needed!

      Ever since my doctor became part of Duly Health, I dont have the same level of care. I made an appointment for a throat culture and I wanted the doctor to listen to my lungs, because my asthma is not well controlled. I got a call from the nurse stating that the doctor wanted to see me through telehealth. How do you listen to someones lungs on telehealth? How do you look at someones throat on telehealth? I expressed these concerns, and the nurse responded that I would need to go to immediate care. Well, I couldve done that in the first place, but I had wanted to see my actual doctor, who prescribes my asthma medication. The nurse stated that they dont have any labs in the office anymore and also dont give rapid strep tests. Before **** health took over, my doctor did all the labs in his office. I cant even get so much as a rapid throat culture test at my doctors office. I dont even want to see this doctor anymore even though hes been my doctor for 15+ years. Its really sad to see how far his practice has fallen since **** took over.

      Duly Health and Care/DuPage Medical Group is the worst organization to care for patients when it comes to balances that need to be paid. I was making monthly payments of what I could afford towards my small balance and they still turned me over to collections. One would think, with their data breach they exposed all of us to, they would take better care of their patients.

      Awful. Unable to speak with a human without waiting for 30+ minutes. Incompetent customer service ************* to schedule an appointment sooner than three months despite a referral from my **** DOCTOR!? Lack of concern for my health. Impossible to continue with Duly. Unacceptable

      Duly healthcare is an oxymoron! The only way to communicate with doc is to leave a message on Duly app. Then in 48 hours youll get a message back. I now understand why surrounding ERs are packed 24/7! I love my GP! Been with him for many years but I think its time to find a doc not affiliated with Duly.
