Well, this place is run by private equity, which tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their employees. My wife had a baby this year and a big part of her comp is based on producing. By meeting patients. Before she had our kid, she was a day short of her bonus goal for quarter, then baby came. So we missed that one, ok, we also missed the bonus for second quarter because she was in baby leave. Upon coming back, she was told she need to make up all the time she was off due to medical leave before should could get paid a bonus. Fairly certain if this isnt illegal, its most certainly unethical and not the place I would go to for care. Go the medical groups that treat their employees like real people. Its embarrassing that people out there trying to do good and provide care are screwed by the big kids in private equity. This business is not putting anyones interests first, unless it makes the ** firm $. Sad because Im certain they dont careDupage Medical Group, LLC

There's a new COVID booster that my doctor recommends, but **** doesn't have it. ********* does.I tried to get the vaccine at *********, but was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. I called my insurance and was told **** could authorize the vaccine, but they won't do it.I called Duly, trying to **************** for the vaccine, and they told me no. They told me if I wanted it, I could pay for the vaccine out of pocket or wait until **** gets the vaccine. I asked when they'd have it, and they have no idea. I have asthma and have suffered with COVID twice. The only reason Duly won't allow us to get the vaccine elsewhere is so they can make money.By the way, I've seen your BS response to EVERY complaint that says "We are continuously striving to ..." blah, blah, blah. My physician is great, but this company cares only about profit.Dupage Medical Group, LLC

As I've expressed to Duly, they have given a new meaning to the term "profit motive motive" and it shows. I like my GP but unfortunately she doesn't appear to be allowed to practice medicine in the way she used to. I am currently looking for a non-affiliated physician. You are invariably connected to a central line when you asked for the ************* Spent an hour and a half trying to get two very simple questions answered. Have spent time in line at a specialists off listening to complaints; on several occasions the patients life was put at risk. They seem to want to repeat expensive tests unnecessarily. At least, the Neurologist I saw had the sence to leave them. *****************************Dupage Medical Group, LLC

I was impressed in the beginning. I still like the doctors I have but unfortunately I will have to find new doctors outside of Duly. Billing department is a mess and making many errors. I ask to speak to a manager and am just told no. I have requested a call back 4 times! They wont fix the problems so Im not too worried getting them my money. I no longer will get MRIs and other expensive procedures as Im unwilling to support them. There are a couple of doctors I still want to see but wont do any diagnostics through them. They are a for profit company but they can still do better!Dupage Medical Group, LLC

Your physician sent me for tests said they would be covered by cigna individual they were not. I've been making payments monthly and they still put in collections. Also requested test results be sent to new primary care not affiliated with Duly and have been ignored. This company is out of line and needs to be investigatedDupage Medical Group, LLC

I have been disconnected during 2 separate medical emergencies after holding over 30 minutes. I have had messages I sent in my patient portal deleted and I have the screenshots to prove it. **** only admitted fault after they were sent those screenshots. My doctor is fantastic so I don't want to see anyone else, but ********** scheduling line is incompetent to the point of being dangerousDupage Medical Group, LLC

Previous appmt I waited 1 1/2 hours beyond my appointment. This time I called his *************** number to inquire whether my appointment was running late. After calling, no option to ask the question, had to redial. I then selected option to speak to anyone! First response transferred me to another person( after holding) who then placed me on hold while they claimed to call his Office. After 25 minutes I hung up and drove to my 1:15 appmt to be told he is running at least an hour late! So much for caring for their patients. Terrible.Dupage Medical Group, LLC

I am so fed up with trying to make appointments at Duly Medical. My husband's doctor at Duly Medical ordered a sleep study and provide a number for us to call. I have been trying to call the number in Lockport provided. However, after spending at least two hours on hold and leaving messages, no one has been able to schedule an appointment. I am currently on hold after calling the Lockport number a second time today. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes and spoken to eight different people who have "transferred" me to the department and I still have not spoken to anyone who can schedule an appointment. Can you please let me know if there is any other place a sleep study can be done in Will County? Being unable to reach someone to schedule appointments seems to be an on-going issue. I had surgery in April on my knee. At my one-week post op appointment I was told to call Duly to schedule PT. The soonest I could get PT in *********, ****** or ********** was seven to eight weeks out. I called Athletico in ********* and they were able to get me in three days later. Not sure what the issues are at Duly, but definitely think we need a facility where we can get treated.I would love to hear from someone as to why it is impossible to schedule medically needed procedures.Dupage Medical Group, LLC

If you're going in expecting to get real answers for your problems, not going to happen. I feel like the doctors sugarcoat everything and never want to give you bad news. So they just add more and more tests to **** up your bill before they let someone else give you the bad news. And don't get me started on the billing department. I just paid my bill for my last office visit and haven't been back in 2 weeks. Now. I just received another large bill (but not the same amount) for what looks like almost the same visit. Nobody can ever give me a direct answer. They just say some BS about the coding.Dupage Medical Group, LLC

Ive been an *****************************/ DMG patient since 2017. Ever since **** took over, everything seems more expensive and I have difficulties working with the billing department. They incessantly call during work hours and arent available after hours to ask questions or help. Ive never been so enraged by medical billing issues and hate to say I will mot be using these trusted providers any longer due to inhumane medical management and billing.
