    if I could give the negative star I would give it right away. Customer ********************** is rude and terrible. His name is *** Key. VMS will not let you cancel your service without paying $495.00- $1500.00 fee.They would not tell you anything about it when you first sign up for application. You only find out when you try to cancel their service. So before you want to use their service, you should know you would have to pay $450-1500 service fee anyway. Rude customer ********************** when they know I want to leave them. Stay far away and I will report on all platforms to let people stay far away from this shady business

    It is a scam!!!! They lied to me that they came from ************** but they did not. I called them back to cancel they did not pick up the phone. This is ridiculous!!!!

    Sorry for any misunderstanding .  We are not the ***** we are able to help business owners apply for their EBT license.  This is made clear by the paperwork that was sent to you.   Our records show that you had several conversations over a 2 day period as well as receiving this paperwork.  And that you decided you were not interested in using our services.  We wish you the best.

    Velocity Merchant Services are crooks! When I first bought my business, I needed a credit card processor company. ****** evidentally gave them my phone number and they called. I accepted the terms (1year). Then the next day...(Before I received the card processor, I called the salesman to cancel. She informed me that it was too late, and that I would be locked in to the ***** monthly fee for 1 year and would not get the ****** initial fee back. I accepted it because I felt that I was at fault for agreeing initially, however, I ****ed my calendar for the one year **** which would have been March 2023. I have never used the equipment at all. In March I called and cancelled the contract. Then was told that it is a 4 year contract and that I would have to pay ****** to cancel on the 4th year. If they would allow a 0 star rating, they would get it from me. This company is pure and simply a scam!! Roxton Grocery and Cafe

We don't charge an initial fee either. **** will be able to help you resolve this.

    Honestly, if I have ever regretted anything since I started with my business, it would be ever associating myself with Velocity Merchant Services. First off, their employees are liars, who would lure insults on a customer for not seeing their views. Secondly, you cannot get anyone on the phone, and it is so frustrating!! How can you expect a business which you support to excel if you cannot employ competent people to at least pick up the call, and then be sincere in their responses. Like **** Y mentioned in his review below, this company is a scam! I am so frustrated right now! If I could give a zero star and a p*** finger, I would do so. Who ever made the review stars where reviewers cannot give a zero star needs to be evaluated.

    Scammers! FRAUDSTERS! I used them for a couple of years, fees kept going up, I tried for 2 months to reach a representative, gave up and changed processors. I had a couple years left on my card terminal lease, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION VELOCITY TOOK $3,742.58 from my account (which was reimbursed by my current processor per our agreement), but Velocity DID NOT PAY OFF THE TERMINAL WITH THIS MONEY. I am still being charged monthly for an FD150 terminal which I cannot use, and NO ONE CAN CONTACT VELOCITY!!! CAN YOU SAY FRAUD 3 TIMES QUICKLY? I get no response from customer **********************, my current processor gets cut off by their automation, and the terminal lease company cannot get a response.

    We'd love to be able to address this but after doing a little research, we can find no client record of a ******************* at that email address in ********. If a business name were supplied, it might be easier. We can't check out the financial part of this complaint without it. We can say that as your equipment was leased to you by *********** all equipment issues need to be addressed to them. And any current problems with the equipment you are now using need to be handled by your current processor.

    Awful customer **********************!! You get your call answered at first and they try to lock you in for years in a contract, then you realize that this is not for you and try to cancel in the first or second week and all you get is attitude and then nobody answers your calls. Its like once they lock you in the contract you are nobody to them.. Not appreciating this at all.. Thats not how you do business. And I hope they pay for this.. I bet Im not alone on this either.

    My review involves cash refunds owed to me resulting from credit card transactions being processed, but not all the funds being deposited into my bank account. I own a retail liquor store and have credit/debit card transactions monthly between $12,000 and $14,000 per month. *** processing fee amounts to about $340.00. *** remainder of the funds should be deposited into my account which is about $3500 to $4400 depending on the credit card sales. From January 2022 to Present, VMS has withheld $25,155 which should have been deposited to my bank account, but instead was withheld because some how VMS made an error on my name and IRS was unable to verify it (*******************************) and notified VMS, so they put a hold on the funds and now that it's been corrected, validated and verified, they will not release the funds back to me and are telling me the funds will not be released until after I file my 2022 Income Tax. I'm being told the funds are being held by a 3rd ***** ************ and their PROCESS is to hold the funds until 2022 taxes are filed. A W-9 and verification has been provided, but it's still their PROCESS to hold funds. I'm very distraught over this. I have a letter I'd also like to submit a letter i sent that has all the detail information. I owe no funds and there is no real reason for not releasing my funds back to me, but their PROCESS. I've spoken to 2 Customer ********************** ***** *** Sales Manager, but no resolve or transparency. I did not receive anything in writing, stating why they couldn't release the funds back to me now. *******************************

    ******** we're sorry for the confusion on this, but it's not us that holds the money when the tax documents don't match the business. We can't refund money that we don't have- and that's why a refund can't be issued until after the 2022 tax year is processed. The corrected info has been sent in and we all have to play by the *** rules.
