      JULY 21, 2022 After my account was closed due to early completion of the program was supposed to receive the amount of 316 plus as a return from my dedicated account. I have been calling and in the mean time the amount due back has changed as well as to the location of my refund. They have also claimed to have closed the account earlier on when I called and request closure; just for me to later find out that it had not been closed at requested time. Also after the amount of payoff changed three times.

Turnbull Law Group has collaborated with the correct department in order for the bank to reissue the check and verify the check amount.       I enrolled in debt relief a year ago this month. I have added all monies to my dedicated account to pay off all of my debt three weeks ago. I have only received two to three settlements since then. I need my account settled and all refunds to me processed immediately. I have sent three different emails asking for a manager to contact me with no response. I need this taken care of immediately I have other urgent matters I need attend to and cannot due to this debt relief. I have given them ample opportunities to complete my account with no regards to completing it.

We were able to cover the accounts that **************** mentioned, coming up with unique solutions for each account as needed.  We will stay in touch with ****************, until this situation is completed. We encouraged **************** to reach out to her direct point of contact at Turnbull Law Group should she have further questions.
