      On ***** 2024 I placed an order for 3 bottles to be picked up from my membership account. I called the Tampa location ahead to verify if I, the member, needed to be present. The location told me no, simply provide the name of the person picking up the order. A month or two later I checked my account & noticed a significant number of bottles missing. After several *************** complaints, corporate emailed that 3 Magnum bottles & 38 regular bottles were swapped out for a pickup on 11.06.2024. There was no mention of the order I placed on 10/31 despite having an email confirmation but nothing for the 41 bottles on 11/06. I always carry my card, always, despite mostly being bed confined. My partner, on the account, whose ID should be required, made no purchases as they are unaware of the process. Left vm for corporate. I received a call from corporate on the same day this time, *****.2024, to discuss my concerns, to request a formal investigation, & review of video surveillance to identify the thief. I detailed the order of events & to review my history over the past 7 years. It will be minimal & 100% of the time I was present. Thus the reason for me calling to verify if my presence was needed for the 3 bottle pickup. At the conclusion of the call with corporate, on *****. 2024, a Superior was to contact me via phone on Tuesday, December 31st. It never happened. Matters like this should be taken seriously as membership dollars, purchases, security, and accountability matter.Cooper's Hawk has willingly accepted 7 years of payments through my full body paralysis, lower body paralysis, regaining mobility, loss of lower body movement again, and a current inability to consume any alcohol of any kind. I believed in the brand that much despite what I've being battling for 7 years. It's a slap in the face not to take the time to listen to follow-up, honor requests, wanting ensurance of consumer ******************* protection. I keep reaching out and no updates.

      I was looking through bank transactions and noticed 2 charges from this company on 7/29. I have never heard of this company and the charges were not authorized. I googled them and found a webpage. The chat robot offered to have me talk to a customer service representative for a $5 charge! They already charged my account without my permission. I called my bank and there were 3 more charges! (5 total). How does this business get away with randomly charging peoples accounts without their knowledge or permission? I have to get a new debit card now.

      On 7/20/24 Coopers *********************** attempted to charge one of my credit building accounts. Luckily the payment was declined. I have never heard of Coopers Hawk Health Llc until today when I received the notification of declined payment. I did not authorize Coopers Hawk Health Llc to charge ANY account under my name or anyone elses. I am unsure of how Coopers Hawk Health Llc got my account information in the first place. I did not knowingly nor willingly supply Coopers Hawk Health with any information pertaining to me.

      I was billed ***** twice in the same day. I never authorized any charges, I never subscribed to an account with them. I want my money back and to stop being charged for something I never agreed to.

      Im trying to delete my data and online account, and the app is not letting me. Coppers Hawk will not respond to my calls! They need to delete my account and data!Member ID: *******
