    I have been using the Isopure Protein powder for a few years and love it! My husband recently started using it too. We received one batch that seemed to be differently in texture and I notified the company. They immediately responded and replaced the package and then some, demonstrating they value our business and offer excellent customer service as well as a superior product. This is my brand of choice due to the taste, texture and zero carb formula with 25 grams of protein and 100 calorie formula and now adding customer service too.

    I had recently ordered a large container of isopure protein from their amazon site and when I went to mix it up it was full of little white specs.(almost looked like salt) I tried everything to get them out and had to end up straining it twice after I had shaken it in my shaker bottle. I contacted isopure directly and within a day they had emailed me back saying that they would replace it at no charge and how sorry they were that I wasn't satisfied with the product. I loved the company for before for great quality products and I love them even more now because of their A+ customer service.

    I have been a longtime customer and absolutely love this product. The flavors are all terrific and its just not too sweet. I use it on a daily basis and my last container that I bought had a little bit of clumping with it. I reached out and worked with a wonderful person named June who immediately sent me information that they needed and are replacing my product. You just cant get any better than this. I will continue to purchase this product knowing the taste is great and that they have fantastic customer service.

    Love Isopure! I use their protein powder to fuel my workouts and love their Dutch Chocolate low carb version. A recent batch I bought had an off flavor and didn’t mix well. The Isopure company was very responsive to my concerns and they shipped me a generous amount of new product for free.

    Isopure is a company that truly cares about its customers. I had a concern with a product purchased and June from Isopure support listened to everything, and corrected the problem completely. I am very satisfied with their customer support, and June is the type of person who wants customers to be happy. I'm glad she's on board, and I will be a long time supporter of Isopure because of her.

    I started drinking Isopure Infusions recently and it has made a huge difference in the way I feel. I have IBS and it is very easy on my stomach. It keeps me feeling full throughout the day & hydrated. My energy is back! Very clean product. Highly recommend and I would be lost without it!
