I had an issue with a rancid batch of Isopure unflavored protein powder. I contacted Isopure ***************** via their email, and received my first response within 2days. I was asked a series of questions (who, what, where, when) about my purchase and how it was used and stored. I was, additionally, asked to attach pictures of the front, back and manufacturing data from the container, which I did. My **************** Representative's name was June. Upon receiving the information from me, she had a replacement sent in 2days. Thank you June, and Isopure, for handling this situation promptly and professionally. I love Isopure products and have used them for many years.

I had an unexplained reaction to one of their products, possibly an allergic reaction even though Ive taken it for years. While I purchased it from a 3rd party, I called Isopure to confirm if this was normal. While my issue was unheard of, they apologized regardless, told me to throw out the product and immediately replaced it for me.Class A outfit and amazing customer service. A special thanks to June for taking care of me.Isopure

I have been a Isopure customer for 15 years. My recent purchase left me unsatisfied in comparison with Isopure hight standards. I first purchased Isopure from a local retailer and loved it. They have a good variety of flavors, and they mix well, no clumping like other I've tried. I liked the flavors I tried and wanted to try others, so I ordered direct from Isopure. When I received my package, one of the containers was damaged in shipping. I called to let them know, and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. They sent out a replacement right away. Great product and great service!Isopure
