There were signs of defects on the seal of a tub of protein in bough on amazon. ****** wasn't willing to help so I reached out to Isopure. Within a couple of emails, they sent me a no cost replacement.Isopure

I had issues with the shipping of my Isopure products, so I called the customer service line. **** was the customer service agent who helped me and was extremely pleasant.
