      I bought a water chiller November 2020 and it has a 5 year warranty .When I put in a claim they said machine was manufactured in 2019 and out of warranty . Imagine you buy an expensive product and has a 5 year warranty but it was sitting in the retail store for 4 years so that means warranty is only good for 1 year. To me this is fraud

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the way Elkay has chosen to handle a legitimate warranty concern. I purchased an Elkay sink in 2018 from ******************** Plumbing in ************, ********, based on Elkays reputation as a top-tier manufacturer and under the good faith assumption that your company stands by the quality of its products.After only five years of normal household use, the bottom of the sink has started to corrode and crackan unacceptable outcome for a product of this cost and supposed quality. This is not normal wear and tear. It is a clear sign of a material or manufacturing ********* make matters worse, when I reached out for warranty assistance, I was sent a box of random black rubber squares with peeling adhesive18 of them tossed haphazardly into a box with no instructions, purpose, or actual solution to the issue at hand. I cannot begin to understand how this constitutes a valid remedy for a cracked, deteriorating sink.This response is not only inadequateit is insulting. I spent hard-earned money on what I believed was a durable, high-end product. I even went further to purchase Elkays own custom accessories, demonstrating my commitment to the brand. If this is how Elkay chooses to treat its customersby ignoring clear defects and offering irrelevant materials as a so-called solutionthen I can assure you this will be the last Elkay product I ever purchase.Furthermore, I will be sure to share this experience publicly so others are aware of the poor product longevity and lack of customer support. This is not just a defective productit is a failure in service and accountability. I expected better from a company of your stature, and I am calling on you to make this right.I request a proper resolution, including either a replacement sink or a meaningful remedy that reflects the terms of your warranty opposed to the bad faith remedy carelessly taken here.       Polaris Sink purchased: October 12, 2017 Polaris Sinks P428 White D-Bowl AstraGranite Kitchen Sink Elkay purchased Polaris and therefore purchased all Lifetime Guarantees for their products.Sink cracked in January 2025 **************** asked if I poured cold water over hot water causing a thermal crack - NO Manufacturing told me that pouring cold water over hot water WOULD cause the thermal crack. Conflicting responses.They cannot replace the sink as they do not have it anymore. They offered to pay for the original sink at $398 or I could buy a new stainless sink from them at $3800. Then they decided they could not refund $398 as it was a Polaris Sink and not an Elkay Sink. I chose to refinish the sink from Miracle Method at $1025 as I could not find another sink to fit my granite and can NOT afford to replace all the granite in my kitchen. I am requesting they pay for the refinishing of my sink.

      Purchased filtered-water faucet from Elkay, product #LKAV7051F. Filter does not install as indicated in installation manual, specs, or video tutorial. Multiple email requests (1/24, 1/25, 1/31, 2/8) assistance (specifically replacement filter and replacement filter-holder for wall) have not resulted in any help.Multiple phone calls have also resulted in no help - each customer service rep telling me the person who can actually help will call me later. No return calls.I paid a lot of money for a filtered-water faucet, but there is no confirmation that I'm actually drinking filtered water.

      Three years ago when we were redoing our kitchen we bought an Elkay sink from ********** (quartz classic undermount composite 33" rounded offset double bowl, greystone color). Now, three years later, there is a small crack in the sink; it hasn't made the sink unusable yet but I'm afraid the crack will get bigger. In any case, a quality (and expensive) sink of three years should not have developed a crack. This is clearly a manufacturing issue. I am asking that the manufacturer stand by its product and replaces the sink at no cost to me. I can provide a copy of the purchase order and a picture of the crack if need be.

      The sink I bought had a manufacturer's defect and I seek $50 in payment for dealing with this defect. I have contacted ELKAY twice with all the details including pictures and ELKAY has not responded.
