      My mother purchased an Elkay kitchen faucet about 10 years ago and we couldn't be happier with it. Any issues we have had they handle promptly and have completely replaced one faucet and now they are replacing a faucet head that has had an issue for awhile. ******************* the customer rep got back to me when I reached out the same day and resolved the issue in 3 days. (weekend included)We are very happy with the product and more importantly the service considering how poor customer service is these days with many companies.Their products are not inexpensive however you get what you pay for and in this case we are extremely pleased.

      Horrible company with horrible ethics. They do not back up their warranties. You will also talk to 10 different people that will tell you 10 different things and no one is held accountable to anything they say. Do yourself a favor and do not buy one of their products. They also sell products under the name of *************************.

      Bought a sink from MR ******* Did not like the color. Sink was purchased for $399. To return, I have to pay a 20% restocking fee and returning shipping. Restocking fee costs $80. **** will not ship due to size. *** is the cheapest carrier at $321.32. Therefore, to return I will have to pay more in shipping and restocking fees than the purchase value of the product. Normal consumers don't have a business account with ***. Therefore, it is theoretically impossible to return a sink for any net refund. Very convenient for MR ******* Costly for customers. Read the return policy carefully. You could end up being completely out of pocket if you are not satisfied with the product.
