    Exceptional service from start to finish. The customer service person who took my order was excellent as well as the service technician who installed at my home.     Work done by another contractor caused my window well covers to no longer fit. Window Well Experts fit and cut new covers which now seat perfectly.Each staff interaction was pleasant and professional.

    Overall great experience from start to finish! Well Experts was able to beat competitors on price while still offering a quality product. **** was outstanding and really took the time to answer any questions I we had. Even after the job was done he was still readily available and I really appreciate customer service such as his. All the workers who were here doing the job were very polite as well and did a thorough walk through with me after the job was done, explaining everything about the windows, how to use, and even clean them. We are so happy with our basement windows! We had the wells, well covers, **** frames, and windows replaced. It was a big job but everything went according to plan. We couldnt be happier and would highly recommend WellExpert to family and friends.

    From installation to cleaning, this was a phenomenal service that greatly improved the aesthetics of my basement. Hopefully it holds up well, time will tell. But Im very impressed with it so far! I have had a major problem with vegetation growing into my window well, we will see if these reinforcements fix that, I am hopeful! They secured the window well tightly to the foundation, which wasnt done before.
