The installer only introduced himself when he came. He installed the window well but never told me he was leaving so that I can take a look and ask questions. Additionally, he tossed our old metal window well cover in the corner of our patio. This thing is at least 200 pounds. I wouldve appreciated his help in bringing it to the garbage spot.

Hi ************* for your review. We normally get the covers built quickly and in most case don't need to interface with the customer once the work is completed. We are happy to review the work with the customer if they ask us to do so upon the initial introduction. Sorry about the mix up. Also, we do not haul away the old covers and our installer are trained to find a good "out-of-the-way" spot to place the old cover.
