      Late February dropped 3 Formal Dresses off for cleaning! One that was never even worn! they lost all 3 dresses for months! FINALLY they found 2 of them after months HOWEVER, one is still missing! I have contacted the store many time via visits to the store, phone calls that they ignore when number shows on their caller ID....the store will answer when called from numbers they do not know! Also, emailed the owner many times and attempted to call her as well. We went to the store to pick up the 2 dresses - and the manager of the store will not offer any type of discount for the troubles, and inconvenience this has caused! The time is has taken in our busy schedules and the stress it has caused a FT ************** Student with more important responsibilities in life than to chase down a BAD company owner, and dresses that were left with her store! Her lack of communication is irresponsible. I demand my dresses back at their cost! It has cost me additional money to the fact I had to purchase other dresses for formals that I intended to wear the dresses they lost! Looking at the other BAD REVIEWS I am not alone! This owner should be ashamed herself! NEVER EVER EVER WILL GO BACK TO APPLE CLEANERS ANYWHERE OWNED BY ANYBODY! I have time alot of time to share our story with family, friends, associates, co-workers, social media, and NEWS affiants!
