1 starThis company is TERRIBLE. I had perfectly working solar panels for several years until we needed a roof replacement. We hired Eequals to remove and reinstall the panels, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. First, their work was completely unprofessional. Bolts were scattered everywhere in our driveway and yard, creating a hazardous mess. They stacked the panels carelessly on top of each other on the side of our house on a rock driveway. The entire process dragged on for 7 days with multiple visits to our home to reinstall the panels and get them working again. Then, we discovered that one solar panel wasnt working. After a warranty replacement, Eequals had the audacity to demand a $425 payment to install the new panel, even though it was THEIR fault the panel was damaged in the first place. Before they removed the panels, everything was working perfectlythis is documented in their own records. Despite repeatedly pointing this out, they refuse to schedule the installation until I pay. They claim they will refund the money if its determined to be their fault, but theyve had countless opportunities to inspect and fix things during their multiple visits over the last two months. This entire process has dragged on for over two months, and Im beyond frustrated. I will not pay for something that is 100% Eequals responsibility. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service is appalling. ***** this company at all costs!Review fromMatthew F

Horrible scammy company will lie extensively to get a sale and then threaten you with a lien on your house and treat you like garbage- if they even respond at all- also the panels dont even work half the time. We very much regret ever getting mixed up with this awful company.

We've just finished the install of our ground mounted solar panels. We're very impressed with the crew working on our property. All were pleasant, respectful and experienced. The crew cleaned up the site to our satisfaction. Our liason ****** ****** always kept in touch with us and is an astounding person. He answered all of our many questions and was responsible for making us feel at ease with our decision to go solar. This has been a good experience all the way through. Several other companies contacted us regarding solar installation on our property, but none were as professional and knowledgeable as Dawitt and the installation crew from eEquals.eEquals

After speaking with several solar companies including their quotes, many of which have since gone out of business, eEquals provided us with the best plan. Our Energy Consultant, **** *****, was professional and able to answer all of our questions providing the best solar opportunity for us. We agreed to go with eEquals. **** helped with our panel production needs and final design. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process along with other eEquals staff coordinating, permits, delivery of materials, install, and inspections. All went extremely smooth. The instalation crew did a fantastic job. The supervisor was extremely friendly, professional, and answered all my questions throughout the day. The Electrician on the crew did a really nice job running the conduit through our attic and outside the house keeping everything very clean and professional looking. So much so, both the Electrical Inspector and Ameren Inspector commented on how nice of a job he did. Both final inspections occurred shortly after installation (within a few weeks). We're currently operational producing solar power as designed and I am able to monitor the production with the Enphase App on my phone. As long as the equipment continues to operate as designed, we are extremely satisfied with our eEquals experience.eEquals

WARNING ?? DO NOT USE ??We hired EEquals to remove/replace our solar panels while we had our roof replaced. EEquals was the most expensive of the 3 quotes we received. But, we used their former company CR Solar to install our panels and received great customer service, so we decided to use them again. We were EXTREMELY mistaken.Everything went as planned until it came time to re-install our panels. It took no less than 3 months and 4 return appointments by the crew to get the panels installed correctly. All while the office was calling me to pay the remainder of my balance.Also, there were multiple office workers/schedulers I was communicating with, one of which was hired and let go during the middle of this fiasco. This made communication very difficult.The management of this company is unprofessional, ignorant, very poor with communication, and finally they do not put the customer first. The only good part is that the installers are knowledgeable and hard working. Unfortunately, the management does not set the workers up for success.I warn you! Do not use EEquals or CR Solar for installs/maintenance or replacement of your solar panels!eEquals

From the knock on the door with ***** to the meeting with the Senior Solar Designer *********************, everything **** promised came true. The installers are so friendly, nice and good at their job. The electrician worked so hard and we really appreciate. Thumbs up to Eequals.eEquals

I cannot say enough about the eEquals company and their solar panels! Excellent service from their installation crew, to the customer service team, and to the product they stand behind, eEquals was the best choice from the start. Prior to getting solar panels, I did my research. I read numerous websites on the pros and cons of going solar. I checked various forums discussing the differences between the products and services companies provide. I even contacted six different companies to have them pitch me their product and to try to convince me they had the best option in purchasing/ leasing options. In the end, after looking over all of the options, eEquals, in my mind, proved to be the best. I became a client with them early fall of 2023. Installation was completed in September. I cannot rave enough about how good these panels look. Very sleek, low profile, barely notice they are on my roof. This was a big factor in helping my decision when going with a company. Other neighbors around me have panels that rest really high on their roof, with conduit sticking out awkwardly, distractingly on all sides of the house. With my roof, the panels sit low above it and the conduit is well hidden only to reappear on the side of my home down connecting to the junction box. These low profile hidden panels often allow me to forget I have solar in the first place.My electric bill, on the other hand, is a pleasant reminder that I do. I received my most recent bill of $21 and I couldnt be any happier. I know I have a loan payment for the next 25 years, but Ill take the fixed rate, especially the way electric bills are rising every year.If you are on the fence to go solar, dont be. The electric companies are increasing your rate while the product stays the same. Electricity is electricity, might as well get some of it from the Sun. And what better company is there to provide it for you than eEquals?!eEquals
