I have been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship they supplied. The sales man ****** Pool was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on this product. I would highly recommend this company for any solar projects you may have. They make it extremely easy to setup and navigate.

They did an amazing job at our place. We went through several contractors and after speaking to a couple of the neighbours who had solar along with talking to a couple of friends we decided to go through eEquals (CR solar) because of the quality of worksmanship. Even the Ameren Inspector said the installation was done very clean.Our electric bills went from $180 in the ******* and ******* down to pretty much nothing.I'm leaving this review to give *** and the crew props!eEquals

If I could give no stars I would! Worst experience ever. First off they still owes us a panel. We had leaking from one of the panels that did damage to our ceiling and they still have not repaired the damage and they told me I would have to find a company to come do the repairs and then send them the bill which from the way they have not answered my phone calls, I don't trust that they will pay it which means I will be the one who has to pat it. I have talked to them several times before about how the solar panels aren't doing what they're suppose to, in the beginning it was great I barely had a power bill but now I am paying what I was before. It has been a huge waste of money and now we apparently get to live with damage to our ceiling! DO NOT USE CR SOLAR OR EEQUAL SOLAR OR WHATEVER NAME THEY ARE USING THIS WEEK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!eEquals

I had a system installed in November, 2022. It is now April 2023 and the system is still not operational. It has failed 3 city inspections and I have tried every phone number I have for them, their customer service line and scheduled call backs and requested statuses. They have completely ghosted me with no contact at all. Nobody will answer an email, pick up a phone or return a call. I am wondering if they are still in business because of the lack of response to my inquiries.I am now making payments on a completely useless system, no reduction on my Ameren bill, no payment for clean energy credit - nothing. Buyer Beware!!eEquals

We are very happy with our solar system and with the service we received from CR Solar! The install was done very professionally and ****** was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. It wasnt just the actual instillation process, weve contacted CR Solar several times in the 10 months since since the install and have always received prompt responses to our questions. We highly recommend CR Solar to anyone interested in going solar!eEquals

The CR Solar installation crew was very professional. They arrived three days after we signed the lease. They said that the actual Solar panels had not arrived yet, but they were going to install the anchors and rails so that they could be ready for install of panels when they arrived,and that should be the next day. Well the next day they were back with the panels, it was raining that day but they worked anyway. The electrician came also and installed the wiring and electronics while the panels were being installed. When everything was installed and tested we were informed that the next step would be Amerens inspection and installation of a new meter and turning the system on.We had to wait approximately a month and a half for them to come out. Everything performed as expected.We are very with happy with our new Solar system and would recommend CR Solar to anyone.eEquals
