    After conducting research on web design companies, our nonprofit organization sought an affordable provider to help us attract more clientele. With a limited budget, we were pleased to discover ADS due to its competitive pricing and positive reviews. My conversation with their sales lead, **** ******, left me optimistic about the company's impressive services and past projects. However, despite being promised a functioning website within two months, we experienced significant delays after making the payment, with several months passing before we received further communication regarding next steps. The initial version of our website was disappointing and fell short of the promised high-quality design concepts and content. Instead, we received a subpar site requiring extensive *********** assured us that the website would be completed within one month, yet four months later, it remains barely ready for launch. I have personally invested over 200 hours assisting the team to meet our requirements. We regret not opting for a more reputable and accountable company that adheres to its commitments. As a nonprofit organization, we feel taken advantage of, given ADS's failure to deliver on promises and the ******************** among outsourced service providers.
