    I scheduled the oil change at Elgin Kia for 1:00 this afternoon. At 9:30 this morning, I get a phone call from one of the service advisors telling me that the owner of Elgin Kia no longer wants to do business with me!!!! Apparently, when you get those customer service surveys, they mean something. I was honest on those surveys, so much so that I have rated them a total of 172 points out of **** on my last 5 surveys. There is money tied to those surveys, and it is no longer financially viable from the owner of Elgin Kia to do business with me! I was speechless. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told the he probably wouldn't speak with me!Rather than addressing the issues they have, they choose to cut ties with the honest customers that have had sub-par experiences. How is that customer service?

    I delt with them over my Automatic headlights not working properly and them not fixing it properly or diagnosing it properly.I had my photo light sensor replaced twice. Once by another *** ********** then once by them. Even after it was replaced by them, they pulled my car outside and said they were done. Never checking to make sure issue was resolved. Before I pulled away I talked to the service advisor ******* and told her it was still not working. She said it must be an electrical issue. Either way, the mechanic said nothing and just replaced it and pulled it out.To make a long story shorter. I come back and leave my car a few days to get "properly diagnosed" and they come back with it's my BCM. At a cost of $1200.00 dollars I asked if they were sure and they said yes it's faulty.They replaced it I went to pick it up and drove away only to find out in under 10 minutes it still did not work. I went back and complained. They said they needed the car longer to make out a ticket to corporate *** for an in-depth diagnosis. I asked for my old part back within 2 hours and I never got it back to review if it was actually faulty. It was illegal to do that and my right as a consumer to have my old parts back. Especially, when questioning the validity of the part being faulty. Things that make you go Hmmmm.I asked for my money back and they did not want to return it saying it was faulty, BUT my issue still prevailed and no other Warning lights or error codes were ever present before and after replacing the BCM.The service manager claimed to no nothing about the situation prior my disputing the charge for bad service and quality of goods. Yet I have text message proof from the service advisor where I was told by her that he was informed and aware. I also left him a voice message that he claims he never got. Shady stuff going on regardless of how they respond here. I have proof otherwise by text messages and a final determination in my favor with my Credit card. Beware
