    I reserved this party bus over a year in advance and when it got closer to the date and time of the wedding, my coordinator followed up and updated the pickup time according to our timeline.The driver was late and then once we were on the bus he went the wrong direction for about 15 minutes until we realize we were not going the right way, once I got him to the expressway I thought I could sit back down, but he ended up getting on the wrong direction and I had to get him off and back on again. All together this made us 30 minutes late to the wedding and as a result we missed our communion, I tried calling the owner for over a week without a response until finally I left a review, in which I received a call back right away. they ruined my wedding ceremony, plus I had to stand in my wedding dress to give the driver directions for almost half of the drive if not more. The owner said that he wouldn't give me any refund since I left a review, but I only left a review after telling them that I would if I do not receive a call back. I gave them over a week to give me a call and I never did. I have all of the people that attended the wedding reception and church, plus the 20 people that were on the party bus at the time that the event occurred, and the party coordinator has all of her exchanges on time saved, which I have uploaded below.

    My friends and I rented a party bus from Emperor to celebrate a loved ones milestone birthday. It was a family affair and we had both seniors and children come on the bus. To our shock and disappointment, the bus wreaked of weed. We tried to talk to the owner to get this matter resolved and we got no answer from them. Complete and utter disrespect to our health and safety.

    Party bus as dirty and smelled very strongly of marijuana even though we made it clear beforehand that we were a group of moms that did not drink, smoke, do drugs, etc

    I had booked Emperor party bus company for an event on May 3rd. The bus was to pick up from ********** and drop us off in *******. The bus arrived and it reaked of tobacco and Marijuana. Very unpleasant odor. We were a party of 9 femalebpassengers celebrating a birthday party. All the guests cnplained of the odor. The driver ***** himself said he was notified the night before that the bus was odorous and they were trying to air it out. I had called the company as soon as this happened but I had to file a complaint with a service. I called Mondays may 5th and requested to speak with the manager and I left another message. I calld again a few hours later and was informed the owner will not speak with me and that he never speaks with customors. The receptionist said how much do you want back and spoke with the owner. I request a refund on the trip to ******* which was half of the 800. He refused and wouldnt speak to me. He offered $95 off which was my deposit only. Inrefused because I spent 895 for a professional and clean transportation and I demanded he speak with me. The receptionist kept repeating he wont speak to me. This is the absolute most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

    Limo service reservation number ***** was contracted on 5/19/22 with deposit of $95.00 to provide transportation services to be conducted on 9/2/22 to final destination via 3 pit stops. Remaining balance of $600 was paid on 9/2/22 prior to service. The following incidents occurred. Limousine service did not provide have AC with approximate ambient temperature of 80 degrees (outside temperature of 86 degrees). Excessive heat causing some passengers to fall ill from heat exhaustion as well as make-up of bridal party being ruined from excessive sweating. Promised music were not provided. Drivers aggressive reckless driving with excessive acceleration, sudden deceleration with turns with high G-Force causing all passengers being thrown around in back of limo risking injuries and lives. Drivers aggressive behavior caused passengers great emotional distress and great fear forcing decision to end services early. We have made several attempts of contacting the business via telephone for resolution of fair amount refund for lack of services without any responses.
