    Company failed their contact and charged us $200 for their own mistakes. We had them for 1:30-4:45 and they claim and extra hour was added. We have photos on our phones they prove we were taken at 1:50 and dropped off at 4:35 at our last destination.

    If I can give them 0 I would. Terrible customer service. Canceled on day before prom. Took me to call and confirm time and to find out they canceled. AND HAVING A HARD TIME TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK.

    Horrible service. Our party bus went up in black smoke and the radiator hose was pouring red fluid all over the church parking lot when we were about to leave the church for our venue and this company was refusing to give us another bus and told us we had to wait for a maintenance guy which we didnt know how long that would take. And suggested us to take Ubers for a bridal party of 22. Eventually after arguing with *** who is the manager and was cursing my brother out (very professional for a manager right?) they sent another bus which was unkept, dirty and way smaller when their contract states that they are to send a bus at equal or of greater value if anything happens maintenance related. 3 people of our wedding party had to stand the whole time due to there not being enough seats. *** the manager was extremely rude and not accommodating. He said he will only give us a $95 refund when we spent $1000 which also they expected cash for the day of which was never communicated since we made our initial deposit by credit card. He told us to just call Ubers to the venue when our bridal party was 22 people. Because of him and his service we had to extend all our vendors which was extremely expensive since we missed out on many bridal party pictures and pictures at our venue and we were losing day light. my husband and I were also late to our cocktail hour since we arrived to the venue almost 2 hours later than expected. We had paid for food and drinks at our venue for our bridal party but didnt even get to enjoy it since we showed up so late. I tried calling the company today and all I got was attitude from some lady. I requested to speak to *** myself and was told he was unavailable I left my name and phone number and I am still waiting for a call back. I will be sure everyone knows how awful this company is. Maybe they should check their party buses prior to picking up wedding parties. This could of been much different if *** was nice and accommodating.
