      I purchased a bunch of e-cig from their website and lately half of them dont work out of the box. I tried charging it and some dont even charge and some even if its charged no smoke comes out at all. I tried emailing them and calling but no answer from them.

      This is the 3rd time I received an expired product from them. And Im very upset. This product that arrived today had expired in October 24, 2023.

      I ordered through Alternative-Pods.com for years & never had really any huge issues but little ones ************* They were nice as can be to me in the beginning but 7 months ago is when they started to not be so nice anymore. When I would get my package from them I would check the vapes out & if I encountered any bad ones I would immediately contact them & when I did I wouldnt hear from them for a week or two & if at all. I tried for months to get them to give me my money back on vapes I received from them that were bad but they never gave me my money back, I had to deal with numerous vapes that were bad that they sold & shipped to me. I made every attempt to get my money back but I didnt succeed at all. I ended up with bad ************ kept my money. I even posted on social medias about ******** emailed them almost every single ******* never got any replies back nor any money back. Im sorry but if you buy something from a ************* defective then they should give you your money back but they never did. Still to this day I never received **************** suppose to be a business, sorry but thats not a business, they stole my money & left me with 4 bad defective vapes @$16.99 apiece totaling $67.96 & I never got to be able to use ************ beyond sad. I just wanted my money back & never did

      On March 7th,2023 I place an order (order# ******). I received the entire order. However one of the items was wrong. It was not what I ordered. I sent numerous texts, calls, emails until I finally received a printable shipping label to return the wrong item and in good faith be sent the correct one, I originally ordered. I would have gladly been happy with even a store credit as I stated in all my communications. I have the **** tracking record that says the item was received and signed for. However, to date I have received zero communications or credits for the return.

      I received 2 ORDERS from this place that gave me defective Pods. Not only did I ask for rechargeable ones, I wanted ones that worked. They owe me 105. I contacted them numerous times with no response. I have ALL the emails if you need them. I actually asked if there was a person on the other end. I used to get GREAT service from these folks yet something has radically changed. There phone number does not work. They don't reply to emails. I want a refund of 105. All my Pods leak. Meaning they just continue to go on and on after you take a drag. This *****. Please get my money back. I am on a limited income, their prices have always been cheaper than the store. Heck even the stores replace them, yet Alternative Pods won't. Let me know what you need from me to resolve this. I have all emails sent. I am asking for a immediate refund. Thank you. I won't be buying from them again. I rather pay the extra 3 dollars and have a WORKING RECHARABLE POD. BBB I need you email address to send you the emails.

      I have ordered 6 of Hyde Retro RAVE Disposable Vape on Oct. 25th 2022 amount of $58.94 through their website alernativepods.com Order #****** **** tracking #1Z906A60YW19506494 and **** tracking #**************************) but it was delieved to wrong address. Even **** admitted that it was delieved to wrong address and sent me a email to contact the sender because the pakage was not insured by the sender, so **** could not get it back. I been trying to contact the sender many times with txt messege and email but they don't respond at all. At this point, why do I (buyer) have to take full responsbility and loose money like this for nothing. Either I would like to get my money back or would like the company to resend me a items to right address this time. That's all I want from this company. Thank You.

      I purchased three products from this company on 10/15/22,I returned them on the 20th of October,it only took a few **** them to receive the return,I have tried over eight times to email them on their site and the email provided,I have constantly been ignored,the products were faulty and at this time I just want a refund or a store credit,so that I can be done with this company,this is not how business is done and you cannot just take peoples money and cut off all communication with them ,acct:474303

      I had bought 4 vapes from this website on the ************** and i waited for them eagerly. When the tracking told me it had arrived i collected my package and opened it. To my dismay instead of the 4 vapes i was expecting i instead found 3 bars of soap inside of the package. So i tried to get in contact with the merchant asking where my purchase was. Their response was to send me the tracking number for the package that had arrived. After telling them that was not the items they asked me to show them what it was that i recieved. So i sent them pictures. Upon recieving the pictures things get a little strange. They respond telling me that they have no idea what that is and asked me if it was opened or sealed when i got my package. I told them it was sealed the way most packages are. And then i waited for 4 hours for a response. Then i asked if they were still communicating with me and their response was to tell me that they went over the recordings of their camera footage and said they saw 4 vapes be put in my package. Then proceeded to tell me that they dont play games and indirectly accuse me of trying to scam them when all i did was ask to get my items that i purchased from them. Basically asking them to make it right. And that was at 3:45 pm PST on Oct. 22nd. And have still not received any response from them back at the time of me writing this letter. I have pictures and email copies to prove everything i am saying to be true. I will attach all files/emails along with this letter.
