      On 8/10/22 I purchased 5 products for $97.94. Order # ****** was delivered and two of the vapes were leaking inside the package. One does not work at all and the other just barely works. I took pictures before opening and they are attached in this email. I emailed them as well as messaged through their site. No response. I then shipped them back myself with pictures and still no response.

      I bought a vape from alternative pods and it burnt my mouth and was not working correctly. So I mailed it out like they asked. They are already very hard to get ahold of to report issues. Finally I received a rude text from them saying they wouldn't give me a refund or store credit. So I asked them to mail my product back because that's stealing and they never replied.Order #****** and return number is Return #*****.

      Date of transaction: 8/27/2022 Dollar amount of purchase: ****** Product purchased: Several electronic vape products Nature of complaint: Business failed to deliver the product, and refuse to give a refund, claiming that it was delivered.Other relevant details: The business uses a third-party service to deliver their products. The delivery was attempted once, and a note was left which states that an adult signature (over 21) is required for delivery. There was supposed to be a second attempt, but that second attempt was never made. I threw out the note that was left on my door, after over a week passed and another attempt was not made. I have been having back and forth conversation with the company for the past week or so via e-mail (they do not have a customer service number) and they instructed me to submit a return, then denied my return on the basis that the delivery was made. I simply want a refund for the order as it was a large purchase, and I certainly did not receive it. I feel that they should be able to confirm that no delivery was made on their end, but they are instead giving me the run-around and trying to keep the money for products that were never received.
