On 9/16 a designer measured for my honeycomb shade and I was told it would be remeasured however I was charged fully for the order not a 50%. I spent the next several days trying to get someone to tell me what was going on with the order since no one contacted me to measure. A 9:19 someone from the installation left a message that they did not need to re-measure that the order was placed. I was never given any update as far as went to expect it the designer told me it would be 10/2 approximately. Yesterday morning I called the installer around 9:00 a.m. their voice box is full there is no ability to speak to anybody. I then called the salesperson again advising that they need to clear mailbox. 'i want my product immediately it hasn't even been ordered. As of yesterday he said well now we're probably looking at the middle of October. The designer called me back yesterday mid-morning to say it has to be measured it needs to be expedited and they should be in touch with me today which was yesterday to get out here to remeasure. As of 7:00 p.m. no one contacted me to actually remeasure and get this order placed Around 7:00 p.m. I spoke to the manufacturer which is in ********** he was unable to determine the status of the order he sent an email to the installer called Penrod. They are the ones who do not answer their phone. If they don't get an installer out here to remeasure today and tell me when my product is coming I insist on a full refund . I have no product I have no information when it's going to arrive and I will pick a different installer so I can actually trust No one should be dealing with this it's basically a false business practice. I want 100% return on my money if this is not measured and ordered and installed in a rapid fashion/I will be notifying the credit card by 5:00 p.m. today to dispute the charge.

Penrod Installations. ************. Starters 9/25/2025 with *************************** asked PenRod Installations to handle a repair of a motorized shade and they picked up the shade. Order No *******. The shade was returned on 11/15/2023 without the extension for the battery. Penrod took the shade and said they will have replacement of missing battery extension within 3 weeks. It is now 12/29/2023 and after 4 attempts to contact Penrod for status, I have not received any communication back. I want my shade back and installed. I would like some communication to status. I am not even sure they are still in business at this point.
