    Terrible awful customer service. My blinds were taken for repairs and PenRod had them for months and I never heard back from them. Finally I contacted them but no one would ever answer the phone. Ever. I left countless voicemails that no one ever returned. EVER. Finally I contacted the blinds retailer and demanded that they find my blinds. The manager of PenRod refused to ************* and would have other coworkers call me instead to communicate with me. My blinds were returned to me unfixed. They claim that the blinds were not-repairable but I am certain that they lost my blinds and in order to get me off their backs, they claimed they were not fixable and did not attempt to repair them. They should all be fired. I wish I could leave a zero star rating.
