    Friday, 6/9 services were expected from Helping Hands Cleaning Services of Elmhurst at 10:30am. After arriving two hours late, one of the technicians stole a large amount of cash from my home. She was the only one who had access to the home outside of me and my husband. The money was there before she arrived and I noticed it was gone fifteen min after her departure. When I contacted the owner regarding a resolution (after several attempts) she was extremely unhelpful, unapologetic, and unwilling to help in anyway. She even tried to still charge me for the service. The way ***** handled the situation makes me feel that this behavior is normal as they know no action can be taken by police in situations like these. While feelings arent facts, I hope this post serves as a way for others to speak up of its happen to them or make sure they arent the next victim of this organization.The most concerning part is it wasnt until I filed a police report, is when I discovered this company takes unauthorized photos while inside the home and shares it with various members of the company. I feel extremely violated to know that someone I trusted in my home has taken advantage of me by stealing and taking unauthorized photos in my home. Im spreading awareness as I would hate for anyone to have this happen to them and I could have prevented it.
