    We had used their service in the past. Their service standards fluctuates. They will also give you the runaround if they are not interested in cleaning your home. We called the week before thanksgiving to have something scheduled. Were told that their thanksgiving break schedule was full-- which is understandable. We then requested any slot in December. After waiting a few fays to hear back, and finally calling them to check-- were told that their entire December month was full. Ok. We tried to get something scheduled for ******* 2025 and were told sure, that they will call us back. We then get a text saying ******* is full too and a waitlist is the only option. If you are telling me on December 2nd, that your entire month of ******* is full-- I find that very hard to believe since it's not even peak holiday season in *******.

    I was going to have a move out done, and was charged a deposit of $200.00, I cancelled the move out, but had cleaning done and was told no additional charge. To my surprise I have and additional charge for $153.00 for a one bedroom apartment and the $200.00 is not refunded. I have financial issues and need to be credited some amount. They never saw the apartment, I did not have them do everything, in fact I supplied my own cleaning products.I was told my $200 would be used toward the cleaning..
