      Dr. ****** *****, of Endeavor Health, is a dangerous incompetent that performs unnecessary surgeries on patients for insurance money. I visited him in 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to create better drainage). However, when I was sedated, he threw in an unnecessary septoplasty that cut off airflow on the right side of my nose.For people reading this, I have included x-ray images of the inside of my nose, before and after my surgery with him (The images are on his YELP profile. I can't post them here). As you can see from these images, my nasal airway was equally open on both sides, before surgery, and the septoplasty didn't need to be done. By performing it, he essentially cut off airflow on the right side of my nose.He performed this unnecessary surgery to collect the additional insurance money. Furthermore, when I later contacted him, and told him that my breathing was worse, and I suspected it was a problem with my septum, he told me that he wouldn't be able to perform the revision septoplasty (make the septum way it was before). Therefore, not only is he greedy, by performing unnecessary surgeries, but he is incompetent, for not being able to fix his mistakes.This unnecessary surgery has caused me to suffer for 11 years. Since I can't really breathe out of my nose, I don't sleep well at night. I am then exhausted all day, not able to function well, and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. The only reason I can't sue him is that my statute of limitations for medical malpractice has ********** addition, he is also a coward. As soon as I started talking about my negative experience online, instead of apologizing or trying to remedy the situation, ***** hired a lawyer to send me "Cease and Desist", informing me that I would be "sued" if I didn't stop talking about my experience. That was 7 years ago, and I haven't stopped anything.

      I was told for a whole month that my financial assistance through the hospital would cover my outpatient procedure. Only to receive a call the day prior requesting ****** and stating no one ever told me that information causing my procedure to be canceled and no one is taking responsibility for their errors. Leaving me in pain and left in the darkness

      Terrible. the doctor and his nurse are fine but Endeavor's website is terrible because it was changed with more security questions. I have to jump through hoops and go back and forth into my emails and back to Endeavor Health's website and by the time I get back into the website, the code has expired. Then I have to verify that it's me with loads of questions and then I am knocked out of the website. I spoke to the people who run the website but they said "that's how it is" and more security was added to protect patient's records but all I want is to order my medicine without waiting for an hour and then being cut off or to see my test results. North Shore connect used to be better but since Endeavor has taken over, the website is impossible to use and it's impossible to get my doctor anymore. I'm considering going to another health group because I am sick and tired of the run around and nobody bothers to help.

      This is directed to the Endeavor Health Portal. I have the app on my phone. My wife is recovering from surgery and I need medical information to pass to her physicians. Her portal is void of information I called the number and was informed I had to delete the app and re-enter all info. I asked for a manager to call me as this does not make sense. I am 78 years old dealing with a seriously ill patient who needs to pass a rehabilitation plan that should also be on their portal and I can't access it. To top it off their phone tree has an option that they will call you back. I am now into my 8 hour with no call back.

      This review is for Endeavor Health as an administrator, not for any specific medical provider. Since Endeavor took over North Shore, customer service has gone into the toilet. You wait on hold for at least 30 minutes, guaranteed, to discuss any payment or billing issue. Then when you finally get someone, they either direct you to their app (seriously? would I really be calling if I couldn't have handled it myself online?), or they say a supervisor will call you back, and nobody ever calls back. They clearly care about nothing but profits. I'm seriously considering switching all of my family's health care providers to people outside Endeavor so that I don't have to deal with the aggravation anymore.
