  Very professional. Sales rep, head installer and job ******* all knew their jobs well. Installers had a detailed installation plan with accompanying home photographs to ************** installation. Work crew well seasoned, focused and keen to complete a good job. Very decent job price. Windows of top quality. Cleaned up very well after installation.

  This is a very professional company. I like when every I had a question, they would always call me back. I live in a association, they make sure that the storm door I was purchasing was correct and make sure they received approval from the management company and association before installing. Also the installer was extremely professional and good at his job of installing the storm door right. I have told all of my neighbors to call Evergreen Window and doors. I will use this company again.

  Not only will I brag about the windows, but the men that installed were very competent, but the owner of the company actually stopped over to supervise when we began experiencing problems with parking and set-up in our Chicago neighborhood. I would highly and strongly recommend this company.

  We purchased replacement windows for the bathroom (glass block) and two bedrooms and kitchen (total of four double-hung windows). These were replacements, for what we believe were the original windows. Sales rep Lauren is excellent; very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions; very knowledgeable about the products. We placed the order in March 2023. She estimated the windows would be ready by June 2023. Measurements were taken by ****, who is very knowledgeable and efficient. The bathroom window was replaced first, through another company contracted with Evergreen Doors and Windows. The window is beautiful. The work was completed after about an hour. The remaining windows were ready when promised. They are amazing. The color on the inside of the double hung windows match the original woodwork grain perfectly and the outside (we chose the standard sand/light beige) looks great. Again, the workers were very efficient, finishing up in about two hours. You would think that the windows had always been there. The clean up was impeccable, definitely looking a whole lot better than the shape the original windows were in. This has been a very pleasant experience. Not really looking forward to winter and the cold weather, but looking forward to the fact that the windows are more secure and will no longer be drafty.

  I have been using this company for over 40 years (yes, I am older than dirt). They never disappoint. I'll admit it, I have strayed a couple of times but I always come back to E ****** They cost a little more but they deliver on quality, customer service and reliability. Simply the best.
