      We had the best experience with Mr. Appliance of Mid America. Quick response even on a weekend! Showed up early and the serviceman was incredible. Parts ordered and delivered and installed according to their timeframe! Great job will definitely use them again!

      I had an excellent experience with this company. They were recommended by another service company that did not work on appliances. They were very responsive, able to come out to look at my dishwasher the day after I called them. The technician was able to get the dishwasher working, but informed me that the part causing the issue (the latch) was wearing out because of its age and the material it was made of. He had to order the part, but it was no more than a week before they got it in. The replacement took maybe a half hour, and Ive had no issue since. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. I really appreciated the quick work, especially since I had company coming the weekend after it was repaired! I will definitely be working with this company again for any future appliance issues.

      I required my Stove to be repaired fast Oct 2024. Stove worked fine after repair for 6 months and the same issue happened again. Call Mr. ********************** back and explained the same issue you repaired back in October happened again. I was told due to no parts were replaced, that the 1 year parts and labor did not apply to me. They would come out and fix it again, but there would be a cost. It made is easy for me, I will not give business to company's that don't stand by their word. I suggest getting in writing from them their guarantee and have the employee sign it for your protection.

      I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a technician come to my home to look at a washer. According to the technician a belt had come off. He put it back on and told me the washer would work, but I should eventually replace the belt. He quoted me $313.00 to replace the belt, but stated he did not have a belt with him. He spend less than ********************************************************************* fact working prior to leaving.The washer did not function properly so I called back. The women from Mr. ********************** I spoke with was extremely rude and informed me that her technician's notes stated I had refused to have them replace the belt, which was not factual. I asked if he had a belt with him to fix it, which he did not.I called them back and asked that they come back to fix the washer. A belt for this washer cost's approximately $9 to $20. Let's assume the belt cost $20 and subtract the $130 fee for showing up. That means they were going to charge me $163 dollars to install a belt the technician took about 10 minutes to install. I inquired how much their hourly labor rate was and was told they don't charge by the hour. They charge by the job. I would hate to see what they charge for a job that takes an hour or more.The technician rushed through the job, lied about what he told me and the woman answering the phone was the rudest person I have talked to in a long time.Thankfully there are many other options for companies in the **************** area to repair your appliances. I would recommend using someone other than Mr. **********************. They overcharge, do poor work and are extremely rude.

Upon reviewing your invoice, it appears that you were quoted for the replacement of the washer belt to address the issue. We did not have a replacement belt for you model and would have needed to order a new one and after discussing the repair, you decided not to proceed with the replacement at that time, and you were only charged the trip fee for the technicians visit.We understand how frustrating it can be when things dont go as expected, and we apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding the technicians explanation or the details of the service. Again, we apologize for the frustration you experienced, and we appreciate your feedback.

      They were quick to come out to give a diagnostic on our Maytag refrigerator. Have a price for the part, then came back out to fix it within 3 days. Fridge is working fine now. We were very pleased with the price and service. Would recommend to others.

      Mr. ********************** was able to come quickly when I experienced issues with both my refrigerator and upright freezer on the same day. They diagnosed what the problem was with each and were able to return with the necessary parts two days later for the refrigerator. While the freezer needed to be replaced I was pleased to know what the issue was as I was leaving the country in a few days on a planned trip. I feel that Mr. ********************** was there when I needed them, and I would recommend them to anyone.
