Mr. ********************** has a human answer the phone and was very helpful and courteous. They were able to schedule an appointment without my having to wait for long for service. The serviceman was super helpful and personable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and although a part had to be ordered and a second appointment made, everything was done and fixed in one week!Mr. Appliance of Mid America

The repairman was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and prompt. From the moment he arrived, he immediately started disassembly, diagnosed the issue, located a part which happened to be in stock IN HIS TRUCK no less. In no time at all, the dryer was fixed, reassembled, and checked to verify the part resolved the issue. Incredible service, excellent work. I am thrilled.Mr. Appliance of Mid America

This is the second time that I have used the company. And the service has been top notch both times. I had an issue with my washer not filling, and when the service technician (********) came, the was great to work with. He insisted on wiping his shoes (on a mat that he brought) and then put shoe covers on. He was completely respectful of my house, washer, and my time. He was quick to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately he didnt have the part with him, but it was here within a couple of days and he came back to install it. His service was amazing and he went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. After he was done, he made sure to ask if I had any questions or if there was anything else he could help out with.Mr. Appliance of Mid America
