      I originally contacted Jacob ************* in 2018 when they installed a patio cover at my home. After the first major rain, I noticed that the cover was leaking. I reported the issue, and they sent the original installer to inspect it. He blamed the leak on my recently installed roof. To address this, I contacted the roofing company, and they returned to assess the situation. They found no issues but added extra roof flashing as a precaution.Despite this adjustment, the cover continued to leak during the next significant rainfall. I reached out to Jacob Patio again, and they sent someone to evaluate the issue. They assured me that their proposed fix would resolve the problem, but it did not. When I contacted them once more, they said they would get back to me. However, time passed, and I ended up dealing with the issue for awhile.Recently, my wife wanted to start using the patio space again, so I reached out to Jacob Patio once more to have the leaks properly fixed. They sent another person to inspect it, who then blamed the issue on leaves clogging the gutter. This explanation made no sense as I have no trees on my property. The nearest tree belongs to my neighbor, and while some leaves might blow over occasionally, they are not enough to clog my gutters. Additionally, as the owner of a lawn care business, I ensure my gutters, along with my elderly neighbor's, are cleaned monthly by my employees.Despite my explanation, Jacob Patio insisted that I provide photos of the leak instead of coming out on a rainy day to inspect it themselves. I complied, sending them pictures and informing them that I also had video evidence. They responded that they would look into it and get back to me. As of today, they have not

      Ever since we bought sunroom 14 years ago I had to always call and get the job moving ( after signing an agreement) . When a door was fogged after due to argon seal breech. It took one year and a half to get problems solved, now another door seal (argon) leaked and began to fog . Man came out looked at door, and no reply from company it been three months again. Today another window has cracked I called and was pushed back 3 weeks do to storms in area (they say) it’s always an excuse!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy! Horrible costumer service after receiving full payment. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I ask about me finding another sunroom company and have my problems fixed and charging Jacob’s for my time and the repair company.
