We had 2 small bathrooms gutted in our house - new toilets, vanities, shower, tub, flooring, wall repair, etc. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Big shout out to ***** for doing a wonderful job. I would recommend Jacobs for a bathroom remodel. Price was also inline with 2 other bids we received.

Quality work and Great people! This is my first time working with Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths and my experience was top notch. The office personnel are always so helpful and kind and the field crews are as well. They all answered my many questions and explained things down to the details. Had a flat roof on our house replaced with EPDM and the worker did an outstanding job of replacing the roof and an exceptionally good job in cleaning up all the old debris from the old roof. I especially appreciated all the photos he took while doing all the steps necessary to replace the roof. From beginning to end it was a quick, thorough and complete roofing job completed in a professional manner. TLDR: 1. Was I satisfied with the windows and their installation? Yes.2. Would I hire Jacob to replace the rest of my homes windows? Absolutely not. On 9/5/24, I signed a contract with ****** Windows by Jacob Family Enterprisesto replace 11 windows in my home. I was told by the saleswoman that I could expect installation 8 to 10 weeks later, which would mean around 10/31 to 11/14. Not having heard from them after 10 weeks elapsed, I had to call them, left a message when they didnt answer. It took a day for them to respond that, in fact, they had my windows from ****** but that their warehouse neglected to tell the front office. The earliest they could install the windows was the day after Christmas. Then when they called to remind me of the appointment a couple of days before, the job was changed to needing just one day. Come December 26, I get a call from the installer asking me if it is supposed to rain during the day. What? I told him he should check with the office, but as it turns out the office was closed for the holidays, he decided to leave the windows in the warehouse and then went home. He was already in ********** when he called to postpone the installation even though it wasnt raining and they could have been installed. He told me there was no way he was coming back up here to do the installation. Jacob uses sub-contractors for their window installations, and this one sounded and acted like a kid. When the office called later in the week to reschedule, I requested a different sub-contractor and I was generally happy with their work, with the installation back to taking 2 days. Finally, one window was sized incorrectly even though 2 people had measured for it, the saleswoman and on 9/13 a man who double-checks the measurements. After being rescheduled 3 times due to their scheduling errors, this last window was finally installed on 3/22, more than 18 to 20 weeks after they were all supposed to have been installed.Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths

We highly recommend Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors and Baths. An awesome team from ******, ***** and installers **** and ****. If I could give them 10 stars I would definitely do that. We had a ***** slider door installed at a house we sold few years back. So naturally at our current home we only wanted them to install another ***** slider door. They hire the most professional, fantastic and hard working people. **** and **** took great care installing the slider door, made sure it was sealed and everything cleaned up. **** even cleaned the glass. Outstanding customer service. **** was very knowledgeable of what would be the best way to install my shower it being not a standard size. *** the installer was very knowledgeable the installing the shower. He kept a clean work area in the 2day install. They both answered any questions or concerns I had. Definitely a team of experts! Will recommend them to any one.
