      I am rejecting this response because: The salesmen knew all of that information before I came in. He presented himself as ************** and stopped answering my calls and text once I got there. The Church program does not exist at all. Another salesman stated that " Dealerships lie to get you in the door"

      Thank you for bringing the customer's concerns to us. Although ************ was not in the store, we have several salespeople who could assist. The customer met with another individual, but we were unable to assist her due to her credit score, a repossession, and a current delinquent car loan. The banks determine whether to extend credit or not. We trust this clears up her concerns.

      The Church Purchase Program does exist and our salesman, ************** runs the Program. We always help his customers and CPP customers when they arrive. When the customer came and ************** was not here, she became angry at our other sales personnel, however, she would have gotten the same great service. Unfortunately, she did not qualify for financing.

      I am rejecting this response because: That is a lie. I was not rude or angry with the salesmen. I was there for over and hour laughing with him, please check cameras to see this is a lie. Please answer why ******** pretended to be ************ via text and stopped taking my calls when I got there?

      I had my car towed to the shop because it wouldn't start. They out a starter on my car told me it would be **** dollars. When I call back to pick them car up they told me the car came in leaking oil. My car hasn't. Moved in 6 days sitting in my driveway on SNOW no oil know where now they saying it will be **** and I can apply for a loan can somebody please help me.

      Thank you for bringing the customer's concerns to us. The vehicle was diagnosed by our Union Mechanics. If the customer is unhappy with the diagnosis, she is free to take the vehicle elsewhere for diagnosis and service. Thank you.

      I have gone in person to resolve this issue to receive my refund for the cancellation of an extended policy. However, the woman stated that 'the person who can help with this matter is not in today and someone would contact me'. I never received a phone call. I then called this business on multiple occasions within the past 3 months to obtain this refund. On the first call, I spoke to the finance department and he took my information and said ' okay the money should be on its way'. On the second occasion, I called and left a voicemail on one of the finance employee's phones to check on the status of this refund as it passed 10 business days. On the third occasion, I called the finance department again to check the status because I did not get a call back regarding my voicemail, the finance department employee stated that 'these refunds take time and can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks'. I waited 6 weeks and received nothing. I called the finance department again after the 6 weeks and was then told to 'contact *****' as she deals with these things. I called and she was not in. At this point in time, I am tired of having to chase someone down to receive this refund and so I am looking for assistance.

Please have the customer phone or email her back to process the cancellation. The funds will go to the lienholder.
