I paid in full for a year of advertising in my church bulletin. Our ad ran for 2 weeks before JS Paluch sold the contract for the bulletin to another company, and my advertisement hasn't appeared since. I have verified with the new company (LPI) that my information was not transferred. I first contacted JS Paluch about this issue on November 12 and I have repeatedly been told that a manager will call me back, but I have heard nothing. My email contact for the advertisement no longer has an active email address with the company.

First off, please let me state that ***************************** is no longer with JS Paluch.  Please change contact information to **********************************.  Althuogh he does retain access to his email account with JSP, it is only being used for a different project he is still involved with.  Therefore, he does not check too often and getting information from you will continue to be a challenge.

************************ did forward  this morning but I did not received the first notice sent as stated.  I also have not spoken to the complainant nor heard about their request for refund.  That doesn't mean it did not occur, I am stating I myself, did not receive any indication that I can recall.

From here we will work with our attorneys to see who actually should refund this prepayment as we did sell that parish contract totally in legal compliance with our contract with the parish/St. *****************************.

      ***************************

I contacted Paluch to look into putting a ad in a parish bulletin looking for a caregiver. I had to give them my credit card number to get the ad made for my approval before running. This company typed in random information they got off of the internet and ran it as an ad charging me for the service. They then not only refused to refund my money, they refused to stop printing my name and an old phone number for an additional 6 weeks after my discovery of their behavior. Their excuse was that they had my credit card number and there for they can run anything they want and charge me for it. They charged my credit card for a service they did not supply and instead published my personal name and out of date information they randomly discovered. Furthermore they refused to stop printing my name and an old phone number for an additional 2 months.

Sent my check # **** dated November 6, 2021, on November 6, 2021, for $1,026 to cover advertising in a church bulletin from November 2021 to November 2022. I recently found out when attending that church (having not been at that church in several months) that the church decided not to continue advertising of any kind in their bulletin effective back in November of 2021---nearly a year ago. Church officials told me that they contacted Paluch in November 2021 and told them of their decision not to continue bulletin advertising and therefore would not need their services anymore. Paluch, according to church officials, said they would notify the advertisers themselves and refund any money owing. I never heard from Paluch and never received my money back. I tried contacting them to no avail. Phone calls never answered, and phone messages left were not returned. I had dealt with them previously in prior years with no problem. My account # with them is *******.
