      I signed a contract with **** Paluch ******** in August 2022 to run a business ad in my local church bulletin. The ad ran in the month of September 2022. During the month of September 2022, **** Paluch lost its contract with my local church to another publishing company. At that time, the **** Paluch sales representative responsible for my contract told me that I would receive a refund for $190.40. Over the past six months. I spoke with several **** Paluch customer service representatives about the refund issue. On each occasion, they referred me to the **** Paluch accountant responsible for refunds. The customer service representatives provided me with the accountants phone number and email address. I called the accountant several times and I emailed the account several times requesting my refund. In my last email message to the accountant, I informed the accountant that I would notify the BBB if I did not receive a response from **** Paluch along with my refund. As of today, I have not receive a phone call, text message, email message or refund. This is no way to operate a business.
