    I never ordered this product. Its all written in chinese so i can't even see what it is. I didn't open the products which seems to be 2 little bottles of something. I can't find where it was charged on any of my credit cards. When I searched the address it came up as Longo Customer ********************** out of ************* **. This is a scam and I am not sending it back for them to say i have to pay for return shipping. Nope, Its gonna go in the trash.. Makes me wonder if they got a hold of my financial information.

    I ordered a gaming system and I want to return it due to it doesnt work and I didnt get any information about it or a return address to get refund and Ive seen other complaints on line about this same product.

    Ordered 21 pair of compression stockings order # ***-80518069770655.Ordered wrong size S/M. Had trouble even getting these on so returned all on 7/3/2023 **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 54 **** indicated that package was delivered in/at Mailbox on July 5, 2023 at 7:59:59 am.On line web site indicated seller refund will be to your original payment method. Ozlongo (**** day will process in an estimated 2-3 business days.I'm requesting the original invoice cost of $89.05 be returned to my **** card like promised.

    I did not order this product. Its an iron that you on yourself to lose weight. I guess you iron your stomach??? This product is ridiculous and I do NOT want to be charged whatever the amount is.

    I did not order the package I received. It is an iron that you can use on your stomach to flatten it. Along with that came two creams to use when you iron your stomach, I guess. This is ridiculous!

    I received a package of 2 baby sponges with all writing in ******* - and which I did not order, or open. After searching product numbers on the web, this is linked to Longo Customs Services, ***********************************************************. I see on your site that this company has received many complaints and has an "F" rating with you! I am afraid of these sponges -- it is the beginning of another pandemic? When Covid first started, I received many, many packages of seeds for planting - all unordered and all from *****. I had a packet checked, and some kind of chemical was found on the seeds, which may or may not have been connected with Covid. But I was spooked, as I am with these sponges. I am afraid of ***** and what is to come -- as I believe we all should be. I will seal these unopened sponges in a bag until I hear something, negative or positive, from you. Thank you!

    I received a package of ridiculous costumes that I did not order. My concern is that I ordered something else in order for these scammers to access my credit card information and was sent a bunch of junk. The address is for LONGO CUSTOMS SERVICE *********************************************** I would just like my money back but Im not sure what this junk was sent in place oftheres no packing slip.

    These guys claimed that it would save on your electricity bill. I used it for 3 months over the Christmas holiday to give it ample trial to see if it would in fact work with Christmas lights on the house. My utility bills actually went up for the last 3 months. After December when the lights came down, January and February bills were higher than December. This did not work, it's a scam and I would like them to send me a refund.I have attached the picture of the 2 boxes that I purchased and the envelope with this address of where it came from as proof of my purchase.Thank you.

    I had my bank card stolen so I didn't pay for this item sent by this co. There is no contact info. I did not order this product and would like to return it. But they stole my bankcard info I know it. I tried to call the ********** number. It has a voice mail prompt by a ***************? I left message.
