    I have begun receiving items I did not order. Two from Longo (clearly a way station for items from *****). It is not that I have paid for these, but that the companies involved are involved in a "brushing" scam (allowing them to use my name for product reviews, etc.). I don't know how to stop this. But shipping companies like Longo can help by refusing to work with these fraudulent entities.

    Ordered a set of 4 wifi boosters for $125 and they sent 1 wifi booster with a '4' written on it. Attempted to contact the company and received no reply.

    I ordered a product from another company. When I received a package today it came from *********************************************************. When I Googled the street number I found that it was Longo. I called the company where I ordered the product and they said there product shipped from ********** and not **. When I opened the package it had a pair of lounge pants with dogs on it. The package had been opened and resealed and it has a label underneath.I read that you have other people that this has happened to with Longo.My product was listed as delivered today, which was not my item.

    This company sent me an item I did not order. It makes me question where they got my information and why they are sending me things. I can see they have an F with the BBB. I think this is a front for a foreign country that is operating in the U.S. to spy on businesses and individuals, and does not actually make any profits from their sham operation.

    January 19, 2023 I placed an order with ******* -***************.Once of the items was for four 2023 Mouse Pad Calendars. Receive 2022 Mouse Pads instead.On the ******* website, the return label address does not print (blank with "sorry, not available".The actual package shows a return address (with no business name or city listed) for ******************************************. I googled the address and 3 names appear under the Better Business Bureau complaints for this address. The names are Midomomo, Longo Customs Service, and YunExpress. ******* should be held accountable too for being a middleman for a fraudulent business without a legitimate business return address and name for returns. My next step is to go directly to *******, however their website states that a refund will not be issued until the 3rd party business confirms the return. If the business has no name and if their a liason to ***** shipments, I won't expect a refund anytime soon. Unless the BBB helps consumers with fraudulent acts of businesses.

    I bought a shower head along with the filters that go with it. All together I paid close to $80 and the shower head is cheap and flimsy no instructions how to put the filters in and it actually does not even take the filters it advertised.The return address just says **** and yes this is out of the ************************* ******** but shipped from **.Money is so right for me and my water ***** so I am depressed I was scammed big time!

    Despite all the bad reviews I actually have no problems with my package everything I ordered came in the timeframe that was expected and I'm not missing any item from the order. Only problem was there was a small rip on the packaging, but it wasn't really noticeable.

    Cannot return items purchased!! No slip with address. No response from phone call. I am upset!!! The items were so not what I ordered. Very low quality also for what they shipped.

    Somehow my package ended up in their hands. What was delivered to me from this address/business was not at all what it should have been. I believe they stole items from my original package and then repacked the 2 items they left me with. They are career criminals. ************* no doubt about it.
