    I placed an order for scrubs in November, I finally received the scrubs in January. They are not the right size. I need to exchange them. The website says you must contact them before returning an item. I have emailed them several times but no one has gotten back to me.

    I purchased over 130 dollars worth of merchandise from this company. Immediately was charged and money was withdrawn out of my account. I never received an email for my order confirmation. So I emailed the company to get it. Instead of answering my question they just said it had something to do with factory running slow or behind. So just a few days ago I emailed them again demanding information on this order since it's now been A MONTH since I ordered. No one will email back or give me the information I'm looking for. This company needs to be shut down. And the ads need taken down especially on ********. This has got to be a scam company!

    I ordered a scrub set on 10/13. They arrived 3 weeks later. They didnt fit. I kept emailing them but they wouldnt respond. I made a comment on the ******** page then, they finally private messaged me. Once I told them the items didnt fit and I needed to return them, they stopped corresponding. I wrote again 3 more times and still no response.

    I purchased a pair of scrub pants. They never arrived after a month. I emailed them to see how long it would take, they said its running late and will ship soon. I emailed back asking for a refund, and got this response: Hello, the items you ordered have been completed and are currently being shipped to the warehouse. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible. It seems like a bot and the business is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BENE SCRUBS. It is a fraudulent business.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed. 

    The item did finally arrive and although the garment was not of a high quality, the shipment had in fact been completed and I did receive what I ordered, just extremely past when it was expected.

    Hello I ordered scrubs from this store on August 24 2024 and have yet to receive them. Order # BE20243751. I was promptly charged yet never received. I have contacted customer service previously and have not received a response. I understand that oversights happen, but customer service does not respond to assist with issues.

    I ordered scrubs from BENE Scrubs on July 29th 2024 and paid $56.43 for them. The estimate delivery was 2 weeks. A month has passed and I have yet to receive my product. Multiple attempts have been made by email and "live chat" with no luck in getting a solution. At this point I just want my refund.

    I purchase 3 items on August 8th 2024 , I received a confirmation email. On August 16 I sent a message through the website chat requesting an update since I had not received a tracking email. I received an email on 8/18 letting me know that they were having issues with the factory, that they were going to reach out to urge them for a speedy progress so they could deliver my goods. I email them back requesting to cancel my order and a refund . As of today August 22nd I have not received a tracking number, a cancelation email or a refund. Nobody from the company has reached out to me. At this point I don't want the merchandise , all I need is my money back.

    I have made an order of nursing uniforms with ********** from July 20th with the order number below and the amount. It is going to be a month and I have not received anything This order was supposed to be 5 - 13 days delivery. I have contacted them through email several times at the end of 3 weeks . I received a message by email 1 items causing delay. If that is case why not send the rest of items and send that 1 items when they receive it. That is over 2 weeks now. I emailed and have not heard anything. No one response to my emails and no phone number listed

    I had ordered a pair of scrubs from Bene Scrubs on the 1st of August 2024, when I saw their adverts on ******** and clicked on their link. I was duly notified of receiving my order, which I have attached as a supporting document. I also notified them the same day of the address to deliver, which was acknowledged. The items were said to be delivered within ten days. I reached out to them regarding non-delivery of the items, and I got a response that they had a delay on the 8th of August that there was a factory delay, and it was about to be sent out for delivery. I made an inquiry again on the 13th of August 2024 via email but no response. I also noticed that I was blocked from assessing their ******** site. Please help ensure delivery of my items or refund of my money. Thanks

    Hello, we have not failed to reply to messages. Every message will be processed. Due to factory reasons, our delivery was delayed. This is indeed our problem. We will send it out as soon as possible. We are sorry for this, but we We have never banned anyone from entering the website. We are merchants and will not treat consumers like this. I hope you can believe it and withdraw this complaint.

    I ordered the scrubs more than 4 weeks ago , never heard any news about the shipping .the seller ignored completely all my messages and inquiries.I asked for refunds multiple time without getting any replies , I even sent them message in mandarin language , and the reply is always was that the order is in process.

    I tried to contact the seller for many times through their chatting service , which they ***** respond to on time and by emails .

    i requested clearly to get a refund from them since they failed to ship the order till now .

     

    i do not want other people to get scammed again .

     

    the response I received from them is always an a reply that does not answer my request at all and its quite documented .

    i have never been informed that there is any delays , i requested multiple times a full refund .

    still requesting full refund.

     

    i dont see any solution to my complain other than just few words reply that are not legitimate to my complaint.

     

    we should stop this  kind of businesses since there is no reliability .
