    I purchase 1 pair of scrub 5 months ago (February 2024) and i did not receive anything. I tried to communicate the costumer service twice April and May 2024. The person who speak was requesting me to update the address which i did and still nothing happened. For the 3rd time June 3024 i requested to have refund for this and still nothing happened.

    We have shipped the goods on time. Due to the customer's own reasons, the package was returned and destroyed. We are also actively communicating with him to solve the problem. The order that arrived in early March is now in August. We will process these items within 30 days. Our terms Yes, it is written very clearly. I hope you can make careful judgments and withdraw complaints that damage our reputation.

    Dear BBB,

    This is my response regarding the last mail i have received dated August 9,2024. 

    To answer the mail, i am confirming that i do not receive any resolution with my failed transaction happened February 2024. It is more than half a year and still waiting for either money back or parcel receive.

    Original purchase date 12/30/2023 Order number BE 1009 Product not received until 2/8/2024 1) I did not receive my order in the 7-15 business days quoted in their website. I used their chat app on the site and sent 3 emails to ask what the hold up was. I was told the order would be shipped 10 days before it really was. 2) my order does not work for me. It doesnt fit correctly. Their site says to contact them regarding returns. I have sent 3 emails regarding my return with no response. At this point I just want my money back.
