I purchased a shed from the so called dealer and had it delivered around about December 20th 2022. the Owner delivered it and brought in in my shed and just dropped it. He gave me a lame excuse when i drive my golf cart in the spring it would level out by itself !! in January i sent a text message saying we were getting rain and it was running in the front roll up door as it was dropped off leaning 4 inches to the rear and two inches to one side. he said he would send someone next week to level it. NO SHOW. February i sent another text and received a reply they would have someone there to level it next week. SILL NO SHOW. In march i also sent a text to him and he said as soon as a person closes on his house here in my town it will be taken care of as it will only take a few minutes. AGAIN NO SHOW. Contacted this so called contractor in April and was told you are on the list to get your shed leveled . AGAIN NO SHOW imagine that !!!!!!. Finally had to hire a local contractor to do the job.

This customer purchased a shed during the winter months as he has stated. The ground is frozen and not knowing what the surface is made of such as sand, ***** or some other material there is no way of knowing what way it would settle into place. The shed weighs appx. **** pounds and if it is soft in one are the shed will settle more in a soft spot than a sold spot such as a gravel pad. I explained to him that when the frost goes out of the ground there is know for sure way to know but I would suspect it would settle on the garage door side since that would have the most weight going in and out and there is no true way of knowing for sure but I would check with him in the spring after the weather had changed and everything was settled in where it wanted to go. As you can see from the complaint he was calling in January when there was nothing I could do since the ground was still frozen but "if" I was in the area I would take a look. This is nothing that is included on my bid or invoice to him, it was just an offer to stop down in the spring and see how it settled in. After appx 40 text messages and appx 20 calls during the winter and expaining this to him several times in many different ways he said he would take care of it himself since it wasn't spring yet and again there is nothing I told him I would do on the bid or the invoice. I left it at that and then I got your letter in the mail for the complaint. A shed it not like a house or garage on a foundation with footings. If it gets really wet, freezes, and ***** comes out the shed will move again which is why I don't have anything about leveling the shed or coming back at no cost to level a shed. Some customers do put a gravel base down that is level so the shed will sit on a level surface and those things won't affect the shed as much settling in with different conditions.

I am rejecting this response because: This man is a pathological Lier from day one when i ordered this shed i told him my ground was kind of level but not right on. At that time i asked if when the shed was delivered if it would be leveled and he said yes!!!! This con artist dropped my shed and got my check and left. I contacted him many time as i stated in my complaint as water was running in my door as he left it leaning 4 inches to the back. every time 3 all together as i have text messages to prove he said he would be there next week !!!!!!! And the last saying when a customer closed on his house here was another lie he would show up and spring was HERE !!!!!!!  Not only did i have to put out my money to level this ******* also cost me another ****** to have drip edge installed that he was to cheap to include and would cause severe water damage to the faca and roof sheeting if it was not done.

    Sincerely,
