I purchased a 20 foot shed with two skylights in October of 2021. Over the Summer of 2022, one of the 2 skylights started leaking rain water. ***** of Clinton Custom Sheds acknowledged to me builder error on roofing flap and fixed the problem. Then in September of 2022 the other/second skylight started leaking rain water. I called to get it fixed and basically have been "ghosted."For 10 weeks I have been calling ***** weekly and/or texting, emailing and leaving voicemails. Asking/begging to please come back and fix the new leak. ***** has never responded to me one time. But I did catch him one time, he answered the phone. ******* excuse for not fixing the leak in a timely manner is that I live too far away. And it is not cost-effective for him to make the trip unless he has other business in my area. So basically every time it rains, the shed leaks and has been leaking for 10 weeks. And the shed is only a ONE year old. Cost me $5000.******* behavior and response that "I live too far away" is unacceptable. When I hired Clinton Customer Sheds to build my shed...I didn't live too far away. When it was time for ***** to collected payment "I didn't live too far away." Please Better Business Bureau can you help me. I want this company to come back and fix the leaking skylight or refund to me $500 so that I can hire another contractor to fix the leak. For the public "Buyer Beware." Find another Shed Builder because this is not a good company.*****************
