    I took my daughter's (who was home from college for the weekend) car in because the previous mechanic told her that the owner before us had installed the stereo incorrectly and it was causing misfires with the engine and other electrical issues. Ray got her in the next day to look at her car. Upon looking he found that the O2 sensor wasn't even plugged in, spark plugs weren't fully plugged in, a wire from the stereo was plugged into something it shouldn't have been plugged into and he thought it needed a wheel bearing and speed sensor and suggested I take it to K****** as he doesn't do that. Shortly after he told me all of this, he called me back and told me that he just couldn't leave it alone knowing that it was a kid driving this car, and something kept telling him to look further, so he hoisted it up in the air and whole driver side front wheel was literally so loose it was about to fall off! Come to find out, the whole assembly that holds the wheels on was loose and the struts were also installed incorrectly and backwards. I can't thank him enough for listening to that voice that was telling him to look further. Had he not found this, my daughter very well could have been in a fatal car accident on her way back from college. The Lords hand was all over this. Ray was so kind and helpful and wasn't trying to sell us on things or "milk the clock". I will 100% be going back to as things come up with our vehicles in the future.
