I had an excellent experience being fitted with hearing aids at Geneva Hearing Services! I'd been wearing a pair of aids from another provider connected with my employer's insurance plan for many years, but felt I needed a stronger pair. Since I'd recently retired, that provider referred me to **** Hearing Solutions, and I found Geneva Hearing Services on the new list of those approved providers. The audiologist I worked with was very caring and helpful, and the front desk staff and others were also very friendly and kind. The **** Hearing Solutions plan provided several services and a reduced price on the hearing aids, and the additional fee assessed by GHS was very fair for the amount of time, attention, and service they gave me in connection with the program. It was superior to my prior experience when I got my first pair of hearing aids years ago. GHS re-tested my hearing with the aids several times to be sure they were adjusted properly and functioning well for me and also explained the newer technology and features that are now available. I'm so glad I found such professional, competent, and caring assistance there!Geneva Hearing Services

Geneva Hearing Services exceeded all my expectations. The entire staff was so caring. *******************************, Au D was kind passionate and explained everything in such detail. Sufficient time was allowed to test, discuss and address all my questions and anxieties. Never felt rushed, just the opposite. When testing the recommended device and customizing programming I was overwhelmed with the results. The first time in some many years voices, and sounds around me were at the forefront, and the tinnitus was faintly in the background. Im confident working together to tweak the device as we go, this will improve even more. Life changing for me! Thank you so much!Geneva Hearing Services

The staff at Geneva Hearing is wonderful. We have been going there for years. It began with our young daughter that started using aides from elementary age through college and currently. Now her grandmother has been tested and has been fitted. Thank you Geneva Hearing !Geneva Hearing Services
